Smallish B&BW, which is, as we say, located up on the hill, LOL. We, (the wifey and I), absolutely love their products. Her, the creams, me the mens body soap and sprays... Employees here are very friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the products on hand and obviously, helpful. As is the case with most Bath and Body Works, you will find an abundance of "buy 2, get 1 free, or buy 3 get 2 free type promotions". Now... I'm smart enough to understand this is strictly a marketing ploy but it works... I've always been really good at math and its not too difficult to figure out the "cost per unit price", but for me, (and the beautiful wifey), it really doesn't matter. Give us a good product at a decent price and we'll be on it like bees on honey. Smaller than most "Mall type variety" stores but to me, that just increases the intimacy. read more

Store is well stocked and organized. Staff is typically friendly and offers to help while you're shopping. The cash register used today took a *very* long time to ring up hand sanitizers (12 total with 3 different scents the cashier took the time to count but then scan individually which was what was so slow). read more

Yay! A Bath and Body Works on the hill just opened. It's new, clean, and fully stocked. Because they are presently following covid protocols, there is a greeter at the door, advising al entrants that masks are to be worn at all times, social distancing must be followed, and to grab a bag near the entrance which will be used when checking out. As well as, only a handful of people are allowed in the store at a time. There's an area to the side where the line forms for those waiting to get in. For those of you who've never been in a Bath and Body Works, they sell lotion; body gel; hand soap; hand sanitizer; candles; etc. I personally enjoy the pungent scents of their hand soaps. read more

If you are a fan of Bath & Body Works this is their new location in PV. This is a nice sized store in a corner location. For those of you who know the Peninsula Shopping Center, this store is close to Pavilions. You can't miss it. Inside you will find all of the things Bath & Body Works is known for: soaps, lotions, fragrances, etc. Great store providing all the stuff you would expect. read more

I had the worst customer service experience at a this Bath & Body works in Rolling Hills estates . The Manager Leanne was so disrespectful and I honestly felt discriminated. She refused to help me because I didn't have service to pull up a previous purchase, but this of course is not my fault and she became frustrated and even threw my phone on the counter when she was showing me that I had no service. I couldn't believe the way this manager treated a customer. I was so upset with this experience that I filed a complaint. I will never step foot at this location even tho it's the closest to my home. This store was trying to charge me more for my candles than the 12.95 offer in my email that said "Online and in stores" 12.95 But they wanted to charge me more and said the only way I could get that price is if I placed it online, and picked it up in the store! Then they said they had this problem on the day before too, but were continuing to charge people the higher prices! It made an over $10 difference for the candles, as well as not giving me the correct price on the hand soaps! They didn't even put a sign saying the excuse that corporate made the mistake, and we would be happy to adjust the prices to the correct sale prices. They ended up finally doing that for me but not after a failed attempt by me to try to place an order on my phone (which they never should have told me I had to do).. How many people being overcharged here? Managed did nothing. Federal Trade commission should be notified as this is illegal to advertise, then charge different price, and not even tell the customer, then lie repeatedly about the problem. If you shop here, watch price you are being charged! Other than that, nice store! read more

LOVE THIS STORE!! So glad its finally open! I recommend going during the week so the line outside isn't super long. The store is super clean and they have amazing new scents. The staff are very friendly and follow covid rules pretty strictly. Parking is somewhat easy. It's free and a big lot but usually crowded. I recommend signing up for the members club which is free. They give you so many discounts and free products when you sign up through the app. I will be coming here very often. read more

First time visiting this location. My wife was looking to purchase additional items for a gift. We were greeted as soon as we stepped inside. The young associate was pleasant and informative. We continued browsing. Another employee, Dawn, finished helping another customer and approached us to further inquire if we needed assistance or had questions. Once my wife explained the purpose of our visit, Dawn provided various suggestions and walked us to various areas of the store and was very informative on the products she believed would be complementary to items that had already been purchased for friends gift. We took Dawn's ideas and selected the items recommended. Once we were done paying, Dawn offered to gift wrap the gift items. Another employee asked her, "We gift wrap". Dawn told her that they don't but she offered to do so because the items purchased were for a gift. My wife and I were extremely surprised with the professional, courteous, attentive and genuine superv service Dawn provided. Not only to us but she provided the same level of service to the prior customer. This business is lucky to have this type of employee representing their company. This type of customer service is rarely displayed in my many shopping experiences. Dawn should be commended as an exemplary employee who not only prides herself in her work ethic but also because other younger tenure employees have an outstanding example on what customer service should be. read more
