Update: today is Monday and had our nails done last Wed., less than a wk and my kids nail is chipping. The very next day the gel started to chip. Went in the next couple of days to fix them and they only fixed 5 nails, the others that they did not fix is now chipping. Went there yesterday afternoon for a pedicure callus removal and got a big toe infection the next day from the worker cutting my skin open and making it bleed on my big toe not clean my toe infection is so painful and the staff was not friendly rushes through the process! read more

I had been to the previous salon and wasn't impressed, but decided to try again when I saw that it was under new management. I walked in around 6pm and they quickly took care of myself and my two children. I was fortunate to end up with Jaden as my nail tech, and he did an absolutely flawless job on my nails! I didn't want to leave a bad review the first time I came here, just thought it was a bad day for the artists but I came back & had a bad experience again. The first time I came the extensions were actually falling off right when I got home so she offered to fix them the next day. Now, this recent time Tony gave me "volume extensions" which my lashes were glued together, & some to my eyelid. I couldn't even brush the extensions without it hurting me. Some of the lashes were crisscrossed, I'll attach my pictures I sent Kelly. I do extensions and know the basics and if they are glued together it will cause premature hair loss. After using a glue remover to take them off I was right, I now have Gaps in my LASHES. read more

I've been going to Samie since she was in two other salons and I followed her all the way to palos verdes. It's been about a year that I've been consistent with my eyelashes and I can't live without them. Samie is very sweet, she always tries to accommodate my busy schedule, she's open early and stayed late for me. This shows she is dedicated about her business and cares about her customers.
