I stopped in this Bath & Body Works to pick up some hand lotions for a gift for a friend. I noticed that her hands were dry, which I was not surprise given she is a food handler and constantly washing her hands. Since they were having a buy three and get one free sale, I decided to go that rout, and the young lady assisting me offered to wrap them up nicely and make me a nice gift bag. I went the Paraffin brand picking up four different nice scents. Altogether the hand lotions cost $24. The store was very well organized the the employees were helpful.

Bath and Body Works Santee is the closest store to me so that's the store I usually frequent. Not only because it's closest to me but it's a smaller location so I feel like it's homier and the interactions with the staff is more intimate. Every time I go in store I always talk with the employees who are so friendly and helpful each time. I recently went in for the Semi Annual Sale and scored so many great deals. Can't wait for my next shopping adventure to BBW!

I went to this location on Black Friday, which you know can be a madhouse. But despite it being so busy the lines were not terrible due to the staff being so organized to keep things rolling on the check out lines. Staff were plentiful and helpful and the sales were great! We also used a coupon and got a free item. They had a promotion where you buy three and get three free on everything, to which my choice was to buy candles, so you know my house be smelling Bath and Body Works festive!

I just moved from California to Nevada and received a reward for my birthday $16.50 worth of one item and was told in Las Vegas they can't redeem those rewards in store. So I came back to California and decided I would run in this location and grab something quickly before my way out of California. There are limited seasonal new smells that I didn't even see in LV that they have here in Cali. The one I liked in particular was A thousand Christmas wishes which smelled of the holiday season but has a very nice pleasant smell which kind of reminds me of 1000 wishes. Didn't really interacted with any employees just popped in quickly grabbed one item checked out and bounced so for the most part there were like three workers one stocking, one staring into space at the door and one cashier that came out of no where after waiting at the front for about 4-5 minutes got checked out.

My wife Becky just loves Bath & Body Works. Specifically she loves the 3-wick candles they sell. These are expensive candles, like 25+ bucks each expensive. Periodically they will have a big sale though. Here's the problem...well, my problem. Last week they had such a sale, half off or something and BBW is just across the parking lot from our regular haunt Oggi's. (Location. Location. Location. Right?) So we go to Oggi's and have a couple of beers. Bex is now feelin' happy and ready to shop! A 1/2 hour and 50 bucks later we leave with a shopping bag full of candles. Yay! They are clever at BBW. The checkout counter is at the back of the store. You must walk through the entire store, enticed by their wares, to get to the registers. Then you must turn around and traverse back, enticed by their wares, to leave. The employees are super friendly and it makes Bex happy, so what the hell! Four stars BBW!

Employees aren't not knowledgeable in the products they carry. Only one register was open with 8 people in line.

The only thing I will complain about is the delivery window was 12pm-6pm (very long). It was my birthday so around 3:30 he called and they told him 30-60 minutes out. I had an acupuncture appointment and was worried they would have trouble getting into my building so I gave them a directory code to open the door and directions. The flowers finally came at 7:30 pm and the delivery driver called me vs. following the directions my boyfriend gave them to get in the building and leave the flowers at the front desk. Overall, great flowers just need work on the delivery and communication.

I am very disappointed with my recent order from Flowers by Cloey…read more I specifically requested morning delivery, and I paid almost $200 CAD for a medium-sized arrangement expecting reliable and timely service. Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered in the morning as requested, and as of now they still have not been delivered until the evening. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering the high price paid for the order. The recipient is no longer home in the evening, which defeats the purpose of the delivery and has caused significant inconvenience. I would appreciate an explanation for why the requested delivery time was not respected and why they have the requested option?'!

First things first…read more The Home Depot's insistence on promoting the company as "The Home Depot" might help their brand's stickiness, but it's also a precious and fussy bit of styling that makes me want to hate The Home Depot as much as I hate "The Ohio State University," and, if I thought about it, probably Marc Jacobs' "The Tote Bag," too. But The Home Depot has a wide selection of good and useful merchandise, so I bite my tongue and use The Home Depot as intended: for garden stuff, tools, building supplies, lights, hardware... and as I type this list I realize that every room in my house has either been repaired, decorated, or fitted out with things I bought at The Home Depot. The The Home Depot shopping experience is comfortable. The fact that it's rare to find a The Home Depot employee who can say where to find the thing I want, or how to use it when I find it, is inconsequential. The The Home Depot's website shows each item's location (aisle and bay), along with a running count of stock on hand, and God gave us YouTube for the rest. Also, showing up at The Home Depot with a shopping list helps me keep my off-budget expenses down, which is a huge benefit, since, as everyone knows, where overspending it concerned, The Home Depot is the Amazon of Costcos. On the rare occasion that I need to return something to The Home Depot, the process is always simple and painless. And I recently discovered three more things to like about The Home Depot: The Home Depot delivers, promptly, for free. Notwithstanding its name, I'm a fan of The Home Depot.
