Zero customer service. Talked to Ashleigh the manager about a wallflower I purchased that was smoking from an outlet. I was concerned about a potential fire hazard. She could not care less. Was told wall outlets can do that.... And are not good for that long -can last a few months. Super snappy. I'm sorry - it's a wall outlet. Guaranty your product. We buy enough of these units. No these should not smoke. She said she could not look into my profile either to see when I purchased this. Do not use this store. So rude and not helpful., Update. Stopped by the Desert Ridge location on my way home and the manager there was more than helpful and of course was, "We don't want you to have a fire hazard at your house, no these shouldn't smoke. We stand behind our product." Zero questions asked and I had a new outlet exchanged in less than two minutes. Also the manager Dara at Desert Ridge was able to look up my account and see how many of these I've actually purchased through the last year and was like oh hey this was ridiculous that another store gave you a hard time you buy so much from us .... My girlfriend and I went in wanting to walk around and browse when we said hi to the employee working. When unexpectedly, the first thing she says wasn't a greeting but a body shaming comment towards my girlfriend. Asking why she was so thin. Doesn't matter what you're thinking, when you are working in a professional setting or providing customer service, be cordial and professional, don't bring up someone's personal looks for no reason. You don't know how people feel about themselves and it makes the experience of shopping unenjoyable and awkward. Not sure what the employees name was but hopefully their staff can do better, and stick to helping people rather than letting their personal judgments interfere. read more

I always forget that there's a Bath and Body Works in Scottsdale Quarter, so it's a pleasant surprise when I remember and visit. I had some coupons so I came in last week to see what they have. I like checking out their sale and clearance items but those tend to be more seasonal. I had a coupon for a free Wallflower plug-in so I grabbed one of those and began perusing the different scents. They were having a sale of 5 refills for $23 so I started looking for ones I would like. I liked that they had the matching scents in candles so that you could smell what it is, that helped a lot. I ended up choosing two of the eucalyptus spearmint, cranberry woods, harvest gathering and mahogany teakwood. There are a lot more classic scents online like jasmine (out of stock when I visited) as well as seasonal scents. I didn't realize the plugin I got was a nightlight as well, so that was a nice addition. I also had a 20% coupon and a gift card, so this ended up being a fruitful shopping trip. Definitely worth it when you can save money! read more

I was visiting my sister from NC. I love going to this store and my sister took me the day they started their semi annual sale. I usually spend $200 here but decided to do the complete opposite lol. I spent about $3 on one little weird item. It's a little magnet that I guess helps to open the candles??? I don't know but it was weird and cute and I wanted it. I LOVE turtles so I didn't think twice about it. The store was clean, the staff was friendly and the selection was nice. The only down fall was checkout. There were about 5 people working and only 1 at checkout. Line got super long and no one stepped in to help. Other than that it was a nice experience. My sister spent about $60. Great products! However this store location has the absolute worst service!!! Looking for something specific I asked the sale associate where I might find it. She pointed off into massive amounts of products in the store. I finally found what I was looking for, BUT wanted it in a hand cream. I continued to scour the store. Went back to her "post" (which apparently she was NOT going to budge from) I showed her the product that I was "searching" for in a hand cream. She just pointed into the store. What the %#! Really? I wasn't all that impressed with the customer service or the current stock. I was disappointed to see they were only selling a few wallflower bulbs and only the singles. Their products consist mostly of personal care (lotions, bath items) at this location. I also was not able to locate my coupon and had trouble connecting to the internet to see if there was a coupon code via an email. A store clerk stood there for a few minutes knowing what I was desperately doing and did nothing to help me. She just stood there staring at me. No offer to help. Just stared. Needless to say, after minutes go by of staring and myself not connecting to the net, I was uncomfortable and left without buying a single item. read more

Bath and Body Works is fun to pop into once in a while; as a man, there is limited selection of men's products but those that are there are usually quite decent. Seems they've added a few new fragrances to the body wash selection, which I was happy to see. In all, still a great place for those little gift ideas for your sweetie, or as stocking stuffers. The candles are always nice to check out, tons of fragrances there. Nice to see the store in Scottsdale Quarter. read more
