Oh my goodness! This is the best store in the Valley to buy gifts for everyone on your list. The owners of Gift-ology have the biggest hearts for all of their shoppers. I can only hope that everything good is returned to them by way of everyone supporting them. We stopped in here looking for some gifts for family coming in to town, and we were very pleasantly surprised! The owner was super friendly and helped us find a few items we were looking for. Everything was great quality and reasonably priced - not the typical touristy gifts you find in souvenir shops. I don't make my way up to the Scottsdale Promenade very often, but I stopped by this awesome store today on a whim... I was blown away by the selection of unique gifts and the super friendly service from the staff. Mikayla greeted me when I walked in and when she noticed my interest in the picture frames, she went above and beyond in helping me with finding the prices of what I was looking for and showing me other options that I loved throughout the store... She also pointed out some incredible gifts including bath bombs and jewelry... I didn't have a ton of time but I walked out with three picture frames and a jar of Da Bomb AmazeBalls. $$ I didn't plan on spending but $$ well spent ;) I met the owners of the store as I was checking out and they couldn't have been more friendly. Upon learning I was from Detroit, the introduced me to another employee named Susan who grew up in the neighborhood next to mine. Small world! Now that I know Gift-ology exists, I may just have to make the trek to shop here more often. Last week was my first visit to Giftology which was amazing. They have some of everything that is unique and the most awesome owners that have hearts of gold. I found Giftology to be a combination of spectacular gifts with the nicest owners willing to listen and help which I needed. My visit was to purchase something needed to either hide or utilize a fountain hole in a very beautiful, heavy and large table statue which I inherited and love but want just as a statue (not a fountain). The owners completely understood my intent and made brilliant suggestions based on what I explained would make me most happy. The outcome is the most gorgeous and meaningful addition to my now perfect statue which has the sentiment I wanted to honor both of my parents. They have a nice selection of items and they always package purchases up so you don't need a gift bag- it is ready to be gifted when you leave the store. My daughter and I came across Gift-Ology this past weekend. We were immediately greeted with a warm welcome. The owners were so sweet and helpful. I have bought many items from these people in the past and I thought they were just amazing folks. I was really really angry when I saw that they were requiring masks and asking the general public to wear a mask and I refuse to do so. I do not believe in face diapers. I believe /know that it is a control mechanism.
