He disregarded the printed instructions I provided, cut one of the trim pieces too short, and installed the door closure too high, so that there are screws protruding through the door. As a result, I have had to purchase a new trim piece and pay another installer to correct his work. But the thing that I find most disheartening about the experience is that I contacted Ace before posting this review to give them a chance to make it right, and they have not responded.
