This was one of the best spas I've been to. There's a lounge area that overlooks the hotel, including the pool area. They have pastries, coffee and tea, and infused waters in the lounge area for guests to drink and snack on. I started my spa day with a full body massage, which was absolutely spectacular. She made sure to thoroughly massage my trouble spots. I wish I got the 110 minute massage because of how great it was. I then spent the rest of my time in the hot pools, sauna, and steam room. I ended my day showering, and boy was this a nice shower. It had three different shower heads at different angles, including a rainfall one. The bathroom had everything you would need. Combs, mouthwash, blow dryers, flat irons - you name it. I was really impressed with my service and will always recommend this place. I definitely will return the next time I'm in Vegas. read more

Lynda is a hair angel, she saved me from some (very) grown out roots. I have been bleaching my own hair for years, and due to not trusting most hair dressers, I've struggled with unhealthy hair for a long time. I anticipated being upsold to their bleach service, however Lynda not only refused to bleach my hair to keep it's integrity and health, she lightened it to the lightest possible shade sans bleach, toned and glazed my hair while providing amazing root touch-up and a gorgeous blowout for 3 hours. She has 24 years of experience and I could not be happier knowing that she really cared about the health of my hair. I was even happier that she is blonde herself, and she gave amazing advice and recommendations for long-term care. Fantastic conversation, supportive and confident, beautiful woman. My appointment was originally booked a week in advance for 3, I was informed it was rescheduled to 3:30 then 4, so when I showed up at 3:35 I realized I was 5 minutes late. They were gracious anyways, and offered water, juice, lattes and champagne throughout my appointment. We came here for a day pass to celebrate my birthday. The fee was $160, and valet parking added another $40. Just a heads-up--they don't offer local discounts on weekends. We spent our time rotating between the eucalyptus steam room (which was very relaxing), the sauna, the cold plunge, and the three Jacuzzis--though the Jacuzzis could've been a bit warmer. They offered two kinds of refreshing drinks, but one was overly sweet, and I'm not a tea drinker. There was plenty of bottled water available, which was nice. I wasn't impressed with the snacks--they felt cheap and not very healthy, definitely not the best food selection compared to other spas I've visited. The showers were beautiful and calming, with around ten available, and they're well-stocked with amenities like shampoo, lotion, razors, combs, and hair products for after your treatment. The robes could use an upgrade--they felt a little cheap--but the staff was incredibly friendly throughout our visit. Had the best massage by Rosanna! I really enjoyed the eucalyptus steam room and the jacuzzis. Everything was always fully stocked. Coming here was so relaxing and I even had the chance to take a nap with no interruptions in the jacuzzi area. Bellow average amenities, facial service was the employee putting a whole bunch of different creams on my face, sauna was like warm but steam room was good, would never come back, the spa is far from the main rooms, in your spa gear you have to walk across the hotel to get to the spa, who thought of that? Poor planning, also I forgot to take clean clothes with me so I had to put my wet swimsuit back on with a swim cover and walk across the casino in my wet clothes. The atmosphere is inviting and fun, the staff members are welcoming, talented and overall the salon and spa space is superb. Specifically, the make up artist Adam is unbelievable and made me feel 15 years younger while Jodi (in the Spa) is a very magical masseuse that specializes in "Ashiatsu". Since I had never had this type of massage I was a bit hesitant as to what to expect; yet Jodi made my first Japanese massage memorable with her calming and sweet personality explaining exactly what I was going to experience. I truly am a fan of Ashiatsu massage because of Jodi's skills and deep respect for her practice as well as how amazingly more relaxed I I felt after the 90 minutes she spent on my neck, back and shoulder muscles. Just like everything in Vegas, Bellagio has begun to fall apart in the customer service realm. My girlfriend booked a spa appt for her mother's birthday in March of 2026, for a massage on April 29th. The week of the birthday trip, April 26th, they emailed her to inform her that the wet areas, the saunas, and hot stone tables for use before and after the massage would be unavailable due to renovations. Now a TRUE 4-5 star resort would anticipate any renovations and block off time ahead in the calendar where they let guests know about the limited services. But not vegas resorts, they try and take your money at every turn, for lower and lower quality services. It's a shame as Bellagio used to have some class. Now they're about as organized and friendly as Caesars properties, which isn't saying much. Profits over customer satisfaction. The Wynn and Venetian are the ONLY vegas properties re-investing to improve guest experiences. MGM and caesars just don't care about their guests anymore. Unlike some other spas in town, you can only get a day pass ($100) here if you're staying at the Bellagio. The entrance is just to the left of conservatory. I found it a little confusing how to get to the spa part, but you need to take an elevator up. I went on a Sunday and didn't find it to be too busy. The hot tub area was relaxing and included a sauna and steam room as well as lounge chairs. They have flavored water and snacks and a room to lounge. I was able to leave to spend some time at the pool and come back. It is a bit of a walk to get to the pool. Apparently there are loungers at the spa that overlook the pool, but no one told me. There's also a great view of the gardens from the second level where you enter the spa. read more

A huge spa facility but it's mostly for treatment rooms. The actual woman spa is fairly small compare to Aria one. I can't imagine how crowded it is if they sell day pass like before pandemic. Jacuzzis were nice, special bath and sauna were spacious enough. Limited beverages and standard spa amenities. Overall it's still luxury but a bit rundown like the entire Bellagio hotel. I had a facial, hubby, sister and her bf all had massage. Our treatments were fantastic and I felt much better after that facial. The weather gets even dryer in vegas this time and days of drinking and casino smokes didn't help either. It was a nice pampering in the middle of our stay so we could keep going on to have more fun! The interesting thing was that we could see the entire garden from the second floor of the spa! And it's the only way to be able to see the whole garden down there! How amazing is that! Fitness center is well stocked with an assortment of Cybex cardio & strength equipment, Really great to find 3 TRX bands and functional equipment like medicine balls and slam balls. What's even better that you don't find in many hotels is their private stretching room with additional "petite" style dumbbells , perfect for the ladies. Wall of windows overlooking the courtyard and pool along with tall ceilings and spotless mirrors throughout help create light and airy feel. If you are staying at the Bellagio, you can also purchase a day pass to use the amenities. I would say that this spa compared to others on the strip is fairly small in the inside. They have a eucalyptus steam room, sauna, and 4 pools, 2 Plunge pools and 2 jacuzzis and there are some areas to lounge. Multiple showers, and a waiting area for your service. I booked a 50 minute massage with no gender preference. There is another huge waiting area closer to the services for a co Ed area but no shared co Ed rooms or pools. I enjoyed the snacks and variety of drinks they had to offer. Rainfall showers, towels, amenities; etc. I think it's overall a little smaller than some of the other spas on the strip. Boy, was I impressed with this place! Now I know what you're thinking: who goes to the gym on vacation? Well apparently I have certainly become the type! But, if anything, I'm doing it for the Yelp... Hotel guests get access to this facility and they do have a shopping area both on the main entrance by the Conservatory as well as on the second floor. In order to get access to the gym, you may have a doorman at the ground level who will need to see your room key in order to get upstairs. From there, you'll be greeted by two cashiers who will ask if you're using the spa, salon, or fitness center. If you're using the fitness center like us, they'll direct you to go all the way down the hall on the left and use your room key to scan in. Due to it being covid, there were complimentary water bottles being handed out. I'm not actually sure if this is typical practice but I assume it is as the water refill station was also open and I don't think many people bring reusable bottles of water with them on vacation. The gym itself has a wonderful view of the pools and the entrance of the gym also has an excellent view of the conservatory as well. Depending on your type of workout, you'd be surprised to see that there are tons of machines to use at your disposal. I would consider this to be a "sport" level if you were to find a 24 hour fitness equivalent. Overall, you can definitely get a great workout in and I highly recommend checking it out! For my birthday my partner made me an appointment for a blow-out so I wouldn't have to worry about doing my hair with a full day of plans ahead. What a great surprise!! It was such a sweet gesture and so relaxing! It was a perfect way to start the day! Araceli was my stylist and she was fantastic. I would go back to her again. If I lived in the area I would probably see her for other salon services as well. She was great and I truly loved how she wasn't overly chit-chatty about things she doesn't really care about; it was just enough small talk and really let her work speak for itself!
