I called Zlatko about a year ago to…read moreroot out a blocked sewer line, and he took a video of the pipe and showed me that there were lots of cracks and that it would probably need to be replaced soon. He never tried to pressure me, but he was right. A year later it was blocked again, so this time I called him to do the permanent fix. He was able to come out the same day with a crew and start work. It was a big job, involving rooting out the clay pipe leading to the street, and then relining it. I was worried they would have to excavate the whole pipe, but they only had to dig a small hole and was able to insert a liner into the pipe to ensure a good seal. The next day they came back to finish the job, replacing a length of old cast iron pipe under the house. I can't say enough good things about Z and his crew. He is prompt, kept me updated as the work progressed, and he and his crew did meticulous work - even down to replacing the plants they dug up in the exact same spots! This was a big job - and expensive - but Z's price was more than fair. I won't hesitate to call him again. If you have a sewer line problem call Z - you'll be happy you did. Well, as happy as anyone can be about having to replace a sewer line. : )

I started a yelp project on a Tuesday, asking for quotes for a kitchen sink drain and vent to be…read morereplaced. I got a response a few minutes later from Plumbing Perfection saying they would do it for a flat fee. I asked if they could do the work the next day (Wednesday), to which they said yes. Because they would be able to do it the next day, I agreed to hire them and asked how to schedule the appointment (this is all through Yelp). I didn't hear back for another 5+ hours. Finally got a response late that night saying that we could schedule the appointment through yelp - unfortunately, because of the time, I didn't see the message that night. I got the message Wednesday morning, so I asked if they could still honor the Wednesday schedule & suggested 1pm. I got no response until 2:30 on Wednesday when someone called and asked if they could come the next day. I wasn't available that day, so I asked if they could come on Friday & was assured that they would be here between 11:30 and 12:30, and that they should be able to complete the work the same day. This was important to me because I have a cabinets and appliances showing up on Saturday, so I needed to wrap up plumbing and close up the walls before then. Friday 12:30 comes and goes with no word from Plumbing Perfection. At 1pm I call to find out where they were only to find that they wouldn't be able to come by for another 30 minutes to an hour. Someone finally showed up at 3 (almost 2 hours later than my call or 3.5 hours after our appt window opened). The person who finally came said that the flat fee project quote I got was wrong & that I would need to pay literally double the quote. I was about to begrudgingly accept this, until they said they wouldn't be able to do the work until the next day... so after being promised a fixed price and work to be completed on Wednesday, they instead doubled the price and wouldn't be able to even start the job until Saturday - which was beyond the project deadline. This puts my whole project behind schedule. I'm doing most of this project myself - hiring pros when I need them (as in this case). I, like many of you, work during the week, so I can only do my own work on nights and weekends. I had planned on finishing up most of the project over the weekend, but now I lose an entire weekend waiting on a different plumbing company to come out and do this work; not to mention the time I took off work to accommodate Plumbing Perfection's schedule. Totally unprofessional. Will never do business with this company again.

A man named Joe helped me and out and assured me everything would be safe and secure without my presence. I really couldn't explain what need done other than "uhhh...my drain is clogged."
