I made an appointment to get the battery replaced in my I Phone. I arrived about 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. Ty2 young men at the store were very nice and friendly and said that one of the settings on my phone would have to be turned off and then I would have to wait for about an hour. I said "no problem I would go shopping and come back." When I returned in about 40 minutes another man was working there in addition to the other 2 guys. From the way he took over I suspected he was the manager. One of the guys from earlier looked at my phone and said that there still was a problem. The Manager then told me I would have to leave my phone. I asked if I could wait, but he was very abrupt and accused me of not trusting them with the phone. In fact I actually live about 30 minutes away (which he didn't allow me to say) and I also him that I run a business with my phone. Again he said do you think we're going to steal it which I found very insulting. I'm still stumped as to why he got so worked up over my saying I would wait! I had already waited an hour!! I never lost my cool, but I did lose my confidence in this business. read more

Well say goodbye to customer service. Adios Batteries + Bulbs. I walk in to buy 2 or 3 size 'N' battery. Come in 2 pack. No problem. Going to buy them. Next have a 3 clock/watch desk set. Need 3 batteries. Dont know what size. Small screwdriver needed to open. He wants to charge me to open up one of 3 to ascertain size. Wont let me borrow screw driver at all to open. Sorry pal, not consumer friendly. I use Battery+ in Florida a lot. However, the one with your same attitude went out of business. Best of luck. Adios! read more

Just wanted to replace battery for Key FOB for my van. Guy said it was $21+ for 1 battery and labor. I asked if I can buy the battery and he said I would have to tell him which one I needed. I ended up leaving and buying 4 batteries from Amazon for $6. Checked YouTube how to replace it and it was simple. $21 is a little ridiculous for a battery worth less than $2. They would have been better off charging me $10 and I probably would have paid that just for the convenience since I was there in the area already. Also, the fact that the guy would t even bother to look up the battery I needed showed very poor customer service. read more

I went to this place to get my screen repaired on my iphone 7 plus, and they ruined my phone. I got my phone back, and it wouldnt even stay on for more than 2 minutes. Thankfully, I had insurance through Verizon and was able to get a replacement, but I was without a phone for 3 days. The guy at Verizon said that there's been a lot of people who have come in with broken phones because of this. The guy was kind and gave me my money back, and overall, he handled it well and the service was ok. But If you have an iphone, go to Apple. read more

Excellent service! I shattered my iPhone 6 Plus screen and needed to replace it as quickly as possible. I made my appointment online the night before and within an hour of arriving, he had completed the repair with a new iPhone glass screen, he also added a glass protector. The repair cost $100 with a $10 off coupon for scheduling online + $15 for the screen protector. I am just thrilled how quickly I was able to get my phone as good as new! Highly recommend! read more

If I could give this store zero stars, I absolutely would. I'm not impressed. It was my first visit ever to a batteries plus bulbs. I wanted a copy of my key fob and to get it programmed, which they advertise heavily for with signage. I decided to give it a try, since it but was drastically cheaper than the dealership. I went in and ordered my fob, which was wasn't in stock. I was told it would arrive in a week. A week 1/2 goes by with no word, so I call and speak to someone who says it should be in the next day. The next day (Thursday) and the weekend passes with no other communication. I go in to the store Sunday to find a brand new employee and a woman from a different store , neither of which knew what they were doing. I finally get a call on Monday (2 weeks and 2 days later) telling me it has arrived. I go in on Tuesday and the manager is working by himself and explains it will take longer than normal due to this, and I told him not a problem. When I left that night , I realize the the key is cut and starts the car but none of the buttons on the fob work. I call and speak to the manager who tells me who to ask for when I come back. Next time that I arrive, there is yet two brand new employees and 1 other person working. They told me they would have to help a few people before they could get to me. The guy goes and programs the key and I think everything is good ...until I leave and my keys won't start the car!!! He would program one and it would deprogram the other. He told me he didn't want to keep doing that and offered me a full refund which I took after wasting 3 weeks trying to get this done! A complete waste of time. By the way, I went to the one on Nolensville rd where the employee was also working by himself. He had my key in stock, cut it and programmed it correctly all in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend going to the other side of town. Just saying... he is the only thing that saved my view of Batteries plus bulbs . read more

I needed an RV battery, possibly two, for a project I have been working on, I went to Costco first because they carry Interstate batteries and that is a brand I have trusted for some time. I purchased 2 RV/Marine batteries, and thought I was done. After reading the reviews, I started to worry. Review after review stating the batteries were only good for about 12-13 months and warranty was only good for 12 months . So more research and I discovered Batteries Plus sells Duracell Ultra Premium RV/Marine batteries that have 30 month full replacement batteries. Returned the ones to Costco and drove across the street and purchased 1 Duracell Ultra premium battery with plans to eventually purchase a second. After talking with Todd, he told me they had the second one available and I decided to go back and purchase it two days later, and they honored the online discount codes, so i paid a very fair price! I will only buy my batteries from here from now on and have the peace of mind I can get assistance anywhere I go! Great job, you guys rock! read more

I walked in to the store to order two keyfobs for my vehicle. I was told that they did not have them in stock and would have to special order them. My interaction with this person was pleasant. I was told they would be in in about a week. After 10 days I checked back with the store, and was advised by the same individual that there was a problem with the order, and it was submitted just the day before I called. I was told at that time it would be another week or two. This was also a pleasant interaction. Another 20 days went by, and I hadn't heard from the store, so I called back. I got a different person who identified himself as a store manager. He advised me that one of the keyfobs had arrived. I advised him I was not too happy about the prolonged delay, and also that only one of the fobs was there. This individual became rather argumentative with me, and took an aggressive tone. He did try to explain why there was a delay with a special order, but I told him about the order history of the keyfobs. We did go back and forth about whether I wanted to have him check with the company about the status of the other keyfob, but I was put off by his tone and attitude that I told him I just wanted my money back. I heard from this person that the store is short staffed. Ultimately I felt like I had to deescalate him because of his tone, so I told him I heard that there might be a lot of stress in the store, and that I didn't want to be a bother, but just wanted to resolve this issue. He calmed down at that point, and asked me to come to the store for the refund, which I did later that evening. I met with the first employee who had helped me earlier, and he apologized for my experience, and refunded my money. He also revealed that both keyfobs were sitting near the register. I told him that I could not see doing business with the store at that point, and accepted my refund and left. I felt terrible about the experience for the next few days. I do not plan to visit this store or chain again. read more

On Wednesday, I ordered a battery online, to be picked up in the store. The same day, I received an email saying that my order was "approved and ready for pickup." On Saturday, I drove to the store, only to find out the battery was not only out of stock, but no longer even available. Why was I able to order a battery that is no longer carried? Why did I receive an email telling me to come and pick up my non-existent battery. Why was no effort made to communicate with me during the entire fiasco? read more

I bought a battery from this store three and a half months ago and it is still under warranty. The bad battery killed two alternators, which caused several alternator belts to snap, and one of the belts snapping broke the radiator. I have probably spent over a grand due to this battery. When I tried to return the battery I was repeatedly told it is a good battery, after my shop which I trust very much told me it had a dead cell. My shop replaced two alternators without charging for labor or for parts on the second one but this store wouldn't even exchange the battery for me. The employee told us that my mechanic took advantage of me when he knows nothing about the shop I take my car too. The other employee told us we were only trying to get a free battery. My boyfriend who came with me to return the battery tried to explain to them the issue and was told that this was none of his business. The employees are very rude and they do not honor their warranty. I would not buy anything from this store, buy your battery from an auto parts store, even if you have to wait longer. I've never had trouble with any other store honoring their warranty until now and due to this battery I've had to return several parts at different stores, all of which had no problem exchanging parts for me. read more
