Came in a few weeks ago to purchase a battery and was immediately met by the owner and one of his assistants Dwight. They had me pull the car into be examined with no wait; and they immediately pulled out the battery which had a lot of corrosion surrounding it. After being brought back up front; they offered myself two options: new battery for $110 or used battery for roughly $39. I decided to purchase the used battery and went on my way after Dwight extensively cleaned the corroded lines working at least 10 minutes on the situation, scrapping the lines, and squirting anti-corrosion solution all over them. Unfortunately, when I came out to start the care the next day; the battery was dead. After removing the battery and driving back to Battery Bill's; I explained the entire situation to the front desk where they immediately offered me a brand new battery without prompting. I gave them a call to confirm they had the battery I needed in stock & they quickly confirmed that I was choosing the correct battery for my vehicle. They advised me it was the last one in stock & offered to hold it in will call until I was able to stop in. I came in the same day to get my battery swapped out for a new one (little back story - Niello Volkswagen said my battery charge was weak & leaked acid). Battery Bills had me pull into a bay & they checked for leaks & the charge. The guys helping me were EXTREMELY honest ... they told me my battery held a strong charge & the "leakage" is just normal "residue" from a battery. The crew here is awesome! Though they are all extremely busy, they are personable and efficient, not to mention timely. I needed a battery which I was instantly quoted for new and "refurbished" prices. I arrived shortly before they closed and was greeted by the gentle giant in the the Giants scarf lol (forgot his name). I was unaware that they would swap out the old batt and replace it with the new, as well as check my alt and wires. I'm back on the road and don't feel robbed by the price like I would from big name dealers.
