I thought about it for a second. I only needed one battery. But if I would ever need a second, it makes sense to get the lifetime battery instead of paying for two at $11.99 each. So I chose the lifetime battery. The associate took my fob into the back room to change my battery. I blinked, and she was back! Seriously, it only took about 30 seconds to change out my battery. It, surprisingly, took longer to ring me up than it took for the actual service. I can definitely recommend this place. Fair prices, friendly service and super fast.

They found the last 6 in the back, let me rephrase this, in the back of the store they found the last 6 of these bulbs in existence, or at least in the state of Wisconsin. And, instead of gouging me, they charged me less than they were originally because they were a discontinued item. You can get phone and notebook computer screens replaced, all sorts of unusual batteries and light bulbs, car batteries (installed in front), it's a pretty useful place.

I stopped into O'Reillys and told ROB what part , year , make ,model etc. and he starts rolling out his upsale spiel . I told him the stock bulbs would be fine (9012s) but he kept going with how the other bulbs have that cool blue color for only a few more dollars. At which time I told him I am in a hurry so just want to get the stock replacements if he has those in stock, which he did. I then notified him that I have a commercial account with his store and he failed to find it after typing for what seemed too long a time and started asking more questions. I told him simply to run it thru as a retail sale so I could get back to my friends car and install them before he went to his appointment. Rob then stopped, looked me in the eye, and said Thats not MY problem. He then completed the sale handed me the receipt and said there you go , and stood there like all I was there for was to give him my money. I said , what about the bulbs... and he snapped out of a daze and walked over to grab the bulbs while telling me that he was distracted by how rude I was.
