Today I attempted to order some suspension parts through this store as they are a retailer for HellWig which has a part I'm looking to be able to purchase locally. The employee on the phone seemed confused from the beginning, put me on a hold after i gave him a part number and successfully found the part in their system. I then asked what brand sway bar end links they could order in to go along with that since i was already ordering from them and the employee began to tell me he doesn't even know what a sway bar end link is or what i'm talking about and that they are not a parts store, they just sell lifts. My previous experience to this one; I had stopped in to have my bed cover looked at as it was binding slightly and they "specialize" in bed covers. They dismissed me from the beginning and basically told me to just buy a new one from them. My only successful experience here was purchasing running boards a few years back. 1 good experience out of 3 is quite poor.

Ryan, the brave soul, showed up at our door ready to battle a very moody washing machine. Ryan diagnosed the problem almost immediately and repaired and ordered the parts we needed. Ryan was on time and very professional- likable. I can tell you the reason I use Radtke Appliance is for this very service. Costco and Best Buy would not be able to measure up. I was frankly a little skeptical about taking my 9-10 year old Craftsman 24" snow blower (that's…read morenever been serviced) to Nelson's after reading all the negative feedback on Yelp, but it wasn't starting up and I had no clue how to fix it. The guy there was nice and helped me get it out of the back of my SUV. When I asked for quote for figuring out why it's not starting up, he said they charge $85/hour and would call me with an estimate once they take a look at it. I dropped it off on Saturday, Mar.14. They called me with a detail quote two business days later on Tuesday, Mar.17. They suggested more efficient and cost effective way of fixing it would be replacing the carb assembly. They also pointed out one of my tires was low which caused the auger scraper to wear unevenly and recommended replacing that as well. Spark plug was original and new one was pretty cheap, so I asked him to replace it, too. By Thursday, Mar.19, they fixed the engine not starting issue with the new card assembly, put in a new spark plug, tire innertube, new auger scraper, flushed the fuel system and put in some non ethanol fuel, which they told me has a 12 month shelf life, so I can keep that in the tank till next season vs regular gas only lasts about 30 - 45 days, so that should always be used up before storing it away after the winter. All that (see the last pic of the invoice for more detail) for $243.08 and some great advice along the way. Hopefully the snow blower will last many more seasons, especially now that I know how to better take care of it. I guess others who left all that negative feedback and low rating had some bad experience, but mine was great and I would certainly recommend giving Nelson Bros a shot! They delivered the washer I wanted and set it up and they were more reasonable than Colders. The Speed Queen washer is wonderful and is designed to last 25 years. The people that delivered and installed it did a great job. Like I said, their price was more reasonable than another major supplier of speed queen washers. I've had LG and GE Washers. They were junk. Our previous washer was a GE front loader. It was seven years old and it needed a new drum which was no longer available. Had it been available? It would've been a $1200 repair. The speed screen comes with a great warranty and as I said it is designed to last 25 years. So go to Ritzman appliance in Hales Corners and buy a speed queen. Or better yet, call them and order it over the phone and they will deliver it without you ever visiting the store.

I would give zero stars if I could…read more I had my vehicles windows tinted for the first time at Stereo1One on June 27. Almost immediately, the tint developed small bubbles from dust/dirt under the tint, so I brought my vehicle back on July 6 to have it redone under their lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, the second tint job also had bubbles and scratches in the tint film, showing the same lack of quality workmanship. On July 13, I returned to request a refund and have the tint removed, but I was told there was no manager on duty and no one could help me. I had to come back again on July 20, only to be told they would not issue a full refund. Instead, they offered me a $200 refund if I agreed to keep the defective tint. After paying around $530 for the upgraded carbon tint, I wasn't about to accept paying hundreds of dollars for a tint job that had already failed twice. With no reasonable resolution offered, I agreed to let them tint the windows a third time under the lifetime warranty. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, they simply handed me my keys and immediately locked the doors for the day. I didn't even have the opportunity to inspect the work before they closed. Once I was able to inspect it, I found additional scratches in the tint film, meaning the third attempt still wasn't done correctly. It even looks like lighter or different colored tint, which makes me believe they put the downgraded standard tint on. Since June 27, I've had to make four separate trips to this shop because they have repeatedly failed to provide a quality installation. A lifetime warranty means very little when the same defects keep happening and the solution is simply to keep redoing the same poor work. What disappoints me most isn't just the poor workmanship--it's how the situation was handled. After multiple failed installations, I expected the company to stand behind its work with a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was offered only a partial refund if I accepted a defective product, and after the third installation I wasn't even given the chance to inspect the work before the shop closed. I expected professional workmanship and customer service, especially after spending hundreds of dollars. Instead, I was left with repeated bubbling & scratches in the tint film, multiple wasted trips, a denied refund request, and a third tint job that still wasn't right. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Stereo1One.

The new equipment showroom is small, but packed to the ceiling with all your lawn & garden needs. You'll find a few bigger new machines displayed on the front lawn too. I've stopped in a few times for parts. They always have my item stocked, but expect to pay full retail. Serious money can be saved by shopping parts online. Although, sometime you just can't wait on shipping & have to overpay. The garden center does have some rental equipment available. Propane re-fills are also available.
