So I went back to AutoZone where I have shopped previously. The AutoZone rep looked up my part and even when I questioned if it was correct they said it was and showed my on the computer. So I purchased the part. 30 minutes into the work I then discovered it was indeed the wrong part. I've purchased these parts before at O'Reilly's and never had issues with them providing my with the correct parts. I've purchased parts for Mitsubishi, Honda Civic, Honda Pilot, Honda Del Sol and Acura TL Type S and find they are very helpful and have the part in stock 99% of the time. The reps are always very helpful. Although prices are competitive, I feel they are usually the best value and quality with a selection from "entry level, mid level and highest level" quality in selection (if available). What I like most is the staff is knowledgeable and offer help and advice as they are usually car enthusiast. I will add more pictures on my next visit.

I made a comment about the watch being broken and he actually said "it's not broken." Um...yeah...if the watch is in pieces, then the watch is broken. Instead of suggesting somewhere to go or offering to look up the nearest jewelry store, Scott informed me that he could leave the new battery in but that I "would owe $2" or he could take the battery out. I don't know what shadyness happened at the 27 st store but the Hales Corners store pulled off a miracle or just did there job and satisfied a walk in customer, who knows. I watched part of the process and although maybe I could do it myself if I had the oddly specific tool, but probably not. I often have someone pick-up my orders as I'm working or they're passing near this location. They have the items ready before the message goes out. If not, they'll pull everything soon as you walk in the door. I've also seen someone deal with a difficult customer a couple times and they were very professional. Finally, special orders always seem to show up faster. I highly recommend them.
