    2023 Tundra w/AluCab

Tiny Rig start to finish(but are any of us truly finished lol?) were professional and transparent through the whole process. They even saved me a ton of money by helping me avoid a few purchases I was planning on making because there was either something better/ cheaper for same quality/ or just not needed for my uses. When I say they answered probably 30 phone calls and many more emails. Without getting annoyed or upset. I plan on using tiny rig for all my vehicle needs while I live in SoCal!

Alucab Gen 3.1 tent and Shadow Awning

I purchased an Alucab 3.1 tent and Shadow Awning as well as other necessary components from Tiny Rig co and the experience was better than I could have hoped for. The process was very smooth and everything was completed timely. While I was there we added some custom electrical work and it was of the highest quality. Everything was neatly routed and all the cable runs were labeled. Their team is awesome, from component and bolt on installs to complex electrical work, I have only seen top shelf work from Tiny Rig co. 110% recommended. Worth every penny. If they don't do something you need, they will also refer you to the best technician they know for that specific job.

New National Luna 60L Fridge! The absolute best in the industry!

Recenty added a set of powerbrakes, and a National Luna 60L Fridge. The attention to detail, the customer service, and the customer interface is what makes this place #1. Im always incredibly happy to go here. If you want the very best in overland products, look no further. Big thanks to Daniel, Jaff, George, Noah, and the Installers for always giving it 110%. You guys rock!

My ongoing experience with this Team and this Shop has been nothing short of phenomenal. I have been treated like nothing short of family every time I have interacted with each member of this team. I had my Canopy Camper installed on a very strict timeline, right before a giant trip across the United States. Needless to say, I was kind of a pain in the ass. I sent countless emails with elementary questions that were met with nothing but extremely punctual, friendly and educated responses. Not only did the team at Tiny Rig complete my install on MY timeline, they made sure that I never once felt like I was a bother to them at all. Daniel knew my stress levels were high preparing for one of the biggest trips of my life. He's been there and done that. He knew my checklist of things I needed to have done before I left on my trip. Talk about above and beyond. Not only did the team at Tiny Rig complete my install, but Daniel and Tiff arranged to have my truck taken to Toyota and oil changed. They also directed me to a trusted alignment shop. When I came to pick up my vehicle, they spent a little over two hours with me showing me the ins and outs of what was done and how to use it. I was on the road in the middle of absolutely no where Texas and had a question about a feature on the camper. I called Daniel. He was on the phone with me in seconds. We FaceTimed and he walked me through step by step. I was emailed TWICE afterward by Tiffany ensuring that I was completely satisfied with my install and products. I've gone back for more installs and parts now 4 times. I won't go anywhere else, or ask for advice from anyone else unless it's recommended by the Tiny Rig team. This team has become a group of friends to me. People I would camp with, have a beer with, adventure with. I would recommend this shop to anyone that's in search of quality work, exceptional customer service, and a family oriented environment. This is a shop that I would trust to send family members and friends to. This is the shop you want guiding your expeditions. Thank you Tiny Rig Co.

Greatest experience ever. The team kicks ass and my rig is sweet. So stoked I went with them to install my Alu Cabin. You guys rule !!!!

    Alucab canopy camper

I have always been interested in getting a rooftop tent, and I decided to look into an alucab based on the recommendation of someone who has tried many. Simple google search of "Gladiator Alucab" and I saw the Alucab Canopy Camper and looked at the dealer list and Tiny Rig was the closest dealer to me, I called them and they said they have one I could come look at that day. I decided for me this was going to work great, I have an older large dog and a ladder was not an option. I ended up getting almost all the options, got the goosegear interior, full solar, weboost, mirror replacement, advanced sealing. All installed by tinyrig. Since I've had my camper for 8 months it's held up through every type of environment, sand, dirt , snow & ice, and rock crawling. The only thing that has gone wrong with anything installed by tiny rig was a simple 90 degree micro usb to mini USB adapter for the mirror, which was an easy fix. These guys are beyond great, I am so fortunate to have found them, and having the Alucab Canopy Camper has changed my life in the best way.

I sent this email one week before I dropped my rig off to TINY rig.

This was the worst buying experience of my entire life. I strongly urge anyone who reads this review to think twice before using TINY rig for anything. after months of paying every bill they sent me immediately (total almost 50,000), never quibbling over a cost, it Came time to drop off my rig. One week before I sent this email. Hopefully you can see the email, I attached the pictures. I got there to meet the owner at 8 AM, as was the appointment time. He wasn't there nor did he show up until noon, so a new employee (Noah, nice guy, first week on the job) tried to help me by speaking back-and-forth with Daniel. Somewhere between 8 AM and noon I got a message from Noah that I have also posted telling me they could not proceed with the install because I hadn't brought the rig to them correctly. I finally came in and spoke to Daniel and every request I made to meet half way was met with absolute dismissal and absolute finality. Me: daniel I didn't know I was supposed to have these items off my rig, you saw my rig several times and never mentioned it. Can you please work with me? Daniel: yes I did, I told you when we first started the project. Me: show me where that is in writing. Daniel: I don't have it in writing but I know I told you. (In a condescending tone he said) "I install hundreds of these a year, I know what I tell each and every customer. NOTE: I have every conversation with Daniel on video because I was originally going to put this on my Instagram and promote TINY rig because it was an exciting project for me. I have every word Daniel has spoken to me on video and he most certainly did not tell me. Me: so since you didn't reply to my email and as a result I didn't bring the rig the way that you want it, why don't you take the things off and have your team drive them up to my storage unit 15 miles away. DANIEL: I don't have the manpower or the vehicles to do that. Me: why don't you take them off and I'll come and get them tomorrow. Daniel: I don't have any room to store them in my shop. Me: can you leave the parts outside and I will pick them up first thing in the morning. Daniel: my landlord would kill me. ---GET READY FOR THE FINAL BLOW YELP USERS--- Daniel, "oh... I see what happened here... the day you sent your email asking how you should bring your rig, that's the day Tiffany was diagnosed with Covid." This was one inside my but the list of this sort of things goes on and on. Reach out to me if you want more info. MY REPLY TO DANIEL My 'version of events' is different? It's a good thing I have my version of events recorded so we don't have to play this little memory game of 'he said she said, you seem so fond of. Next time put your 'version of events' in writing. I'm the meantime answer these easy true or false questions. True or false 1. You had seen my rig several times prior to install? A True 2. You didn't tell me to bring it to you without the rack on it. Note: between 17% and 25% of verbal communication is retained after 24 hours. You 'allegedly' told me this 4 months before the event I am highlighting. True BUT EVEN IF YOU DISAGREE 3. You didn't put that in writing. True you did not. 4. I sent an email 6 days before install with the word IMPORTANT all in caps on both the subject line and the body of the email asking specifically about how you wanted my jeep brought to you. This email went unanswered. TRUE 5. You then sent me an email thru Noah telling me the install would have to be delayed unless I found a way to fix the problem you created for me. TRUE 6. When we met in person, I gave several solution ideas to get my install back in motion and every idea was met with a firm NO. TRUE 7. Your final excuse after explaining that you had verbally told me 4 months prior to bring the rig empty was that Tiffany had gotten covid that day. True Even if you 'told' me (which I can prove you didn't) I wrote a clear email asking for clarification that you and your team DIDN'T RESPOND TO! Even in your world of 'told ya so 4 months ago' my email makes it clear I either forgot or needed clarification on. I'm sorry Tiffany had covid but WHO CHECKS HER EMAIL WHEN AHE OUT? And why in the world should that become MY problem. This was your fault that I came to your shop the way I did. You could have gone across the street and rented a storage unit for a week for 20 dollars and told me I had a week to pick it up. You offered ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to resolve the problem that your negligence created. Shame on you.

Have nothing but great things to say about TinyRigCo, super informative and friendly team and you will definitely be pleased with any product they carry and the work they do.

Tiny Rig helped me make my camper dreams come true! I love my rig. Daniel helped me pick out the right size tires and suspension system that worked with my budget. The whole team is really knowledgeable about building rigs and all the little details that goes into making a great setup. I can't wait for my next purchase from them.

These folks got me out of a bind when needing an Alu Cab fridge slide in a timely manner. There are not many Alu Cab distributers up here in Nor Cal so I was glad to find them here in state. They are a legitimate company with great customer service and quick shipping.

The taxidermy is beautiful, and I had no idea they would actually have live fish inside their building. It's a remarkable establishment. It felt like a football field inside. This is definitely THE place for outdoor enthusiasts and folks who fish, hunt, camp, and so on. They have BOGO 40% Costa sunglasses. I ended up getting a 3-piece utility box crate. Customer service was standard, but I was mostly taken away by the beauty of nature, and of course, I had to donate to the conservation fund. I'll have to do more research on what entails, but there is so much to dive through and explore here.

Internally it has a very high ceiling and a large selection of items to look at. They also had some taxidermied animals which were cute and an aquarium with some freshwater fish in it. The other members of my party were not impressed. Despite needing to only shop for one item we kept getting hounded by irrelevant sales pitches for items we did not need, including vacations. They did not have what we needed in stock so we left without buying anything. Not surprisingly this just resulted in the other members of my party asking to borrow my clothes. It would have been nice if it was in stock here. I might come back if I want a plushie. They had a North American animal I liked in the relatively large plushie section, but the other members of my party were not impressed with.

Camping World. Over…read morethe weekend, I purchased a sale item for my motorhome, but unfortunately it didn't fit. I returned to the store shortly after to exchange it for the same item in a different size. From the moment I approached the register, the cashier (ID #013191, no name provided) had an unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude. Her demeanor alone made the experience uncomfortable. When she processed the exchange, I was told I had to pay a price difference because the sale had ended. I understand policies, but this was a direct exchange for the exact same item--just a different size. A little flexibility or customer consideration would have gone a long way. She offered to ask a manager who was standing just a few feet away, but he completely ignored the situation and walked off without acknowledging us. That lack of support and accountability was extremely frustrating. At that point, I chose to request a full refund. I refuse to spend money at a business that lacks basic customer service and proper employee training--from cashier to management. It's especially disappointing considering my husband pays for a premium membership, only to receive this level of service. Overall, this experience felt dismissive, unprofessional, and not customer-focused. I hope the company takes steps to improve both staff training and customer care.

I came across the Goofboard and the video of Wing Nut balancing on the Goofboard and rocking it, I knew right then and there I needed one and I must have one. I have been Goofing now for just a little over a year and it has improved my surfing tremendously. Unlike the Indo Board where you are balancing like you are standing in the middle of see-saw the Goofboard allows you to go from rail to rail. The Goofboard comes in two pieces the Goofboard itself and the balancing pipe which is made out of recycled material. You will need to use the Goofboard on a carpeted area so that the pipe does not slide out from the Goofboard. On rainy days I bust out the Goofboard and practice. I take out the Goofboard when I am just chilling at home watching TV. The dimensions of the Goofboard are 44" x 15" with a weight limit of 450 lbs (if you are that heavy you should never be goofing in the first place). Best yet the Goofboard is 100% made in the USA. The Goofboard is made from 15mm birch plywood with grip tape attached. THERE IS NO PLASTIC ON THE BOARD and Goofboard amazingly promotes that the World has enough plastic, which we do.
