Sales Department…read more Their sales department is 5 stars by my standards. They are friendly and knowledgeable about their ATVs as well as motorcycles. They will tell you about financing specials and rebates. Parts Department Their parts manager is very helpful but could be a little more friendly and more tactful. I do buy my parts from him though as I have been for 12 years. I rate their parts department 3 stars. Service Department Their service is 4 stars. They will fix you ATVs and motorcycles but they take a little more longer than sometimes when they say they will be rated . In summary, I give them 4 stars overall. I would recommend them to anybody. I find it extremely disgusting to hear that you all only care about selling motorcycles and 4 wheelers, but do not care about doing warranty work for a Honda 4 wheeler that you didn't sell someone. My brother spoke to Roy about doing warranty work on his 2018 Honda Rancher and was told "I cannot really turn you away, but I don't make any money off of warranty repairs on bikes (4 wheelers) we do not sell." My father called up there and confirmed that is what was said and all he received was multiple "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have used those words." Seriously?!!?! He came up there with 3500 bucks and wanted to finance the rest, but you all wouldn't finance him bc he was on disability (he has terminal cancer). He was forced to go to Murfreesboro to purchase and finance it! So now you don't want to do the warranty work because you don't make money?!?!! He literally has made over 1k in purchases from your store even after you literally treated him like garbage when he first came up there to buy a 4 wheeler.... and now this.
