If you want a huge pain in the ass should something in your order not show up, try Battle Hawk. I've spent over $6k with Battle Hawk this year. My experiences have mostly been good, with what has become normal delays, some theirs, some shippers. However, recently I bought a bunch of parts, over $700 worth, from them to kit out a friend's AR, and the Midwest industries sight set I ordered showed up missing the rear sight. The package had been opened and the rear sight removed. I contacted Battle Hawk support, twice before a reply, and was told I would have to settle this issue with Midwest Industries. I could have bought it directly from Midwest Industries, but I didn't. I did contact Midwest and of course they told me it was up to Battle Hawk to resolve, as I didn't buy it from Midwest. I let Battle Hawk know what Midwest said, and of course Battle Hawk told me to resolve it with Midwest again. Thank goodness my credit card allowed me to dispute the charge or I would be SOL. I buy a lot of guns and gun parts, and as noted have bought a lot from Battle Hawk. I hate to say it, but they will not get my business anymore. All over an $81 sight. read more

I don't know what it is about some of these stores but this one is bad. They just cancelled my order for high potential for fraud, one day after the order, then nothing. I missed that email so I kept looking at my credit card statement and no refund. I finally opened a ticket because you can't call them and they sent out a response which said someone will contact you soon. But at the bottom of that email the response in small letters states no less than 6 reasons why it was cancelled and that the ticket was closed. All of reasons are BS except maybe one of them which shouldn't matter because everything else matched. End of the day, They take your money, accuse you of fraud, and don't give a refund. Then if you ask them about it, they say "Sorry, we have been hit with a lot of fraud lately". They need to stay off the internet, AND YOU need to shop at a respectable store. read more

I am a returning customer, but like others have mentioned, when there is a Customer Service issue, it does not go well. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering! My situation: I ordered a Flash Hider as listed, but was sent a Compensator. When I went through Customer Service they refused to admit the mistake instead offering a 20% restocking fee when I wasn't at fault. I sent them a picture of the invoice identifying the device as a Flash Hider when the packaging clearly stated Compensator and explained that the two are not the same. That is when they stopped replying to me. I am not convinced I will even receive a refund since I just don't trust them. After waiting, I reached out to get a status update and they informed me my order was out of stock completely and they were cancelling my order and issuing me a refund. My paperwork included with the shipment had the right item on it but no one stopped to actually look and realize that it was completely incorrect. I attempted to contact them by phone only to find that they "Do not offer phone support at this time" so I tried to email them and on their page it said "Up to 4 business days to receive a reply". I got a response quicker than that and they told me that all I had to do was send the item back to them and they would send the correct one. So I did and the day they received it back I get an email saying they don't have anymore in stock. I purchased a case of 9mm ammo from Battlehawk Armory. 150 rounds into case, I shot a double tap the resulted in the slide seizing up after discharge. I sent the pistol to Sig for repairs. Although the diagnosis and labor to repair were free, and turnaround in less than a week, the barrel needed to be replaced for $250. Sig said that the first round stuck in the barrel and the second round forced the first round out of the barrel causing a barrel bulge that locked up the slide. When I reached out to Battlehawk to let them know what happened, they did not offer any relief. They have a no ammo return policy and suggested I take it up with the ammo manufacturer. I will make future purchases with a company that is more customer service minded. read more
