How wrong was I? Haviv & Sandy were lovely. My first impression set the tone when they suggested that I should go to Long's as they sell the watches I wanted appraised. They were trying to do the best for me over just getting business. I explained my experience at Long's and Haviv & Sandy said they would take care of me. And they did. I left with an appraisal after some great conversation about Vegas. Lovely couple and so friendly. Watching them interact with other customers confirmed they treat everyone the same. He has been absolutely amazing from the start of our journey with Hannoush. I showed them what I wanted and he created exactly that. He was so patient with me I am so picky and he worked so well with me. My ring was completely custom and my pieces came in separate but he set my ring on a temporary prong and then set it on my custom prong weeks later and did it all within 24 hours. Then I spotted a second ring that seemed perfect for my son and his fiance. Retno took some time with me to look at the second ring, and she treated my son like royalty when he came back a few days later to buy it. They could have cared less about my business or interacting with me. The representative pointed towards them. I walked over and there were 2 salespersons there, neither of which asked if they could help me. I just left. Won't go back.
