Dr. Heidi is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and gentle--everything you hope for in a pediatric dentist. What really sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns as a mom, never makes me feel rushed, and remembers even the smallest details from previous visits. At each appointment, she follows up thoughtfully, which makes us feel so seen and supported. She's also been amazing at guiding us when we've needed additional care, providing trusted referrals and clear recommendations that have made a big difference in Chloe's dental health. She's also very proactive in planning ahead, already keeping an eye on Chloe's development and helping us think through future orthodontic needs, which gives us so much peace of mind. Her approach is both proactive and reassuring. And from Chloe's perspective--going to the dentist is FUN! She never wants to leave because she's showered with praise, princess stickers, and fun prizes from the goodie box. There are TVs for her to watch her favorite shows during the visit, and even one on the ceiling when she lays back in the chair, which makes everything feel so comfortable and distracting in the best way. We took our 3 year old daughter here and it was the most pleasant visit for all of us! Our daughter was complaining about tooth pain for the last 2 days. Doctor Neil Franklin was incredible! My son had to get a molar tooth extraction. He was so kind, informing my son step by step, with numbing, describing how things might feel, like a little pressure for instance. My son felt understanding and ready. We had our first appointment today and it went great. I felt comfortable to let him roam in the waiting room. they had eletronic toys for older kids and a bunch cute stuff for smaller kids/ toddlers. They played Moana for my 2 year old since that's his favorite movie while they checked his teeth. They gave him the chance to pick out a toothpaste flavor. they were so sweet. this is a very child/ mom friendly place! they didn't mind his crying when he got scared, they were prepared and patient during his cleaning. Dr Lani was super patient with my son. It was his first time trying the nitrous oxide and he had a hard time breathing through his nose with his mouth open. But Dr Lani was so patient and so encouraging. She tried almost every single method that's possible.
