All because she asked what was taking so long and the nasty old blonde lady assumed my mom was the one to be taken advantage of. If someone can please give me her name I really appreciate it. If I can leave zero stars I would. First they call me to let me know my grandma handicap is ready for pick up and NO line to be made or wait. I get there the lady I am talking to and asking for the handicap is RUDE. She tells me that it's not ready that the verification is done and that the handicap isn't done until the person is here. I explained to her that that's not what it was told on the phone. She told me that I was wrong. That's not what they said. I told her how you gonna tell me I am wrong when I was the one on the phone hearing them. Next, I wait 40 minutes in order to be called. And then told that I have to pay. Never once on the phone did they say I had to pay anything. Be aware they work very slow. They go on their time and they don't say the truth. read more

Anytime I've visited this place there is always a long line. I went on a Friday afternoon at 3:15pm and did not finish till 5:09pm . I kept record of the time because i noticed the wait in line to be attended is a huge problem there and doesn't seem to improve. Only 2 ladies at the counter attending customers and the line was out the door. There is no one available to ask a question if you need to verify something before making the long line, nor do they answer their phones when you call. The worst thing is that all this time you are standing , no seating , no tvs just stand and wait and wait. When I was finally attended, first thing I mentioned was the long wait and suggested that they should have a number system and seating, the clerk did not seem too welcoming to the suggestion nor she had a nice response as to communicating it to the management. She really didn't care. I consider those with health issues that cannot be standing around for soo long (elderly, pregnant women, disabled, etc) I think I rather drive farther and go to other locations than ever visit this place again. read more

Went here for a tag change and renewal. The service was pretty effective. There were only 3 service reps so the wait was about 20 minutes in line. Went around 4pm and the line wasn't too long. Once i got to the counter i was only there for about a total of 7 minutes. The rep was very helpful and answered any questions i had. Would definitely return here for any tag needs. read more

The service is horrible. They told us a few days to verify documentation for a handicap sign and it took them 2 weeks and 3 visits from us. Truly horrible. Pinecrest called my dr the same day but the office had already closed but the would've done it the following day, I should've just taken the drive, instead of waiting 2 weeks. To make matters worse I had to call my own doctors office and let the tag agency speak to them as they responded they can't call doctors offices every day to verify applications. Not sure when they call because I got through right away and they verified the application. Sad they made me go 3 times and I had to do the work for them in order to get my decal. So many people were going through the same issue with them, while I was there. read more

Unhelpful & lazy staff. The Florida DMV accepts your vehicle registration as a document to perform a change of address. Refused to help with that and treated me as if I was trying to commit a fraud. Why would the DMV accept your registration as a proof of residence if you couldn't change it at the tag agency? When asked they said to provide the DMV with other documents and that they wouldn't do it. read more

Beware, I went in to have a stolen tag replaced with a police case number and they charged me for the tag even though the Department of Highway safety and motor vehicles states that they should be replace for free with a case number. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer affairs. Beware of unfair business practices. read more

Great place to walk in and get your tag issues resolved. I had a personalized tag that had been lost from a previous accident in which my car got towed, days later no one knew what had happened to the tag. Being a personalized tag the process is a bit more difficult. The personnel in Hialeah Auto Tag were very courteous, and helped in making my process a smooth one. I thought it would have taken much longer to resolve, but no. The agents in Hialeah Auto Tag got in touch with me a month later after all the endeavor, and I picked up my tag without any hassles.
