Did good service at the beginning, not the best, but the lawn was cut fine. Small lawn. All the prices that he quoted me originally via text after he walked the property were not real. Each large service like hedge trimming, mulch was more than the original quote, wasn't material at first so I'd let it go. Got to this seasons leaf removal and raised the price by 166%. After telling him he basically quoted me a third of that last year, he said he'd come one less time for double the quoted price. Basically he underbid everything to get me as a client and then raised all his prices. And not by 10-20 percent but in the case of the leaf removal, 100 percent after negotiation. I am moving on. They planted some shrubs, cleaned up my yard, mulched, trimmed existing bushes, moved a couple of existing bushes and added sod because my beds were getting too large. The price was very fair. On the day of, he came with 8 helpers and all the equipment. They leveled my lot perfectly before installing the sod. They also picked up my plants from the nursery and the job was done before noon.
