Update 2/12/2025: Yes, you can do overnight or after-hours drop off. I work during the regular work hours through the week so for those that are in town and too busy to drop off, you can do an overnight/after-hours drop off! Of course, you still need to pay and pickup during regular hours, so keep this in mind. Replacing front struts (I provided struts, no warranty!) cost me $850 in labor and extra parts. My struts were leaking and I wanted an OEM strut back on, these guys did it in about half a day. Struts can easily be a 1-2 job, forgetting extra parts and having to do everything over if you're can't do em. Remember you're paying for time, experience, and warranty. I'll say it again, these guys are worth the price for quality service and work. Original: The guys at BME took care of me and gave me reassurance that the car is still good to go. Took my BMW Z3 and it's good to have a shop that will take care of the work that I can't do. Came to get a reoccurring check engine light assessed after having spark plugs, valve cover, water pump, MAF sensor, smoke test, and more done at a different mechanic. BME did extensive testing on my MINI Cooper S Countryman 2012 and provided me with updates throughout the process. I ultimately took my car back before they could get to the bottom of the issue, as after all the diagnostics they did, they explained it may have been due to a faulty DME which is very expensive to replace. I was told they spent 7 hours working to figure out the problem and they were extremely kind to charge me for only a fraction of the labor. I will come back next time. read more

Just traded my car for BMW, and was looking for a place for service. A good friend of mine recommended this place over the dealership. Now that I experienced this place I see why. I called this place to schedule an appointment, and with ease to do. I pulled to this place in front of the red cone area to drop off my car. They worked in my car, and did great job. I will bring my car here for normal maintenance check service intervals instead of the dealership. There Ate reasonably priced, and fair. Why go to a fancy dealership, when your going in for service intervals. They do have the fancy show rooms and nice waiting area, but I why pay for something you don't need. read more

Extremely reasonable pricing for German car service. First time I went was for a bmw oil change. Oil and filter was in the $160 price range. Quick and easy. The second time, I was having a few issues with my car and took it in for multiple things. Was concerned it was going to cost multiple thousands... the guys there are so nice and called me with a price estimate the same day. They had to order parts (some from the dealer, some not) and were still able to get my car back to me within 5 days. For reference, I had work done on the convertible top because it was out of alignment due to a broken piece, suspension bushings, and drain holes for a water sloshing sound. I came here for a simple ( bmw ) fix for my exhaust and radiator and I was told I had to pay 6k before they actually pooped the hood. I drove 10 ft away and a nearby shop had given me a temporary fix for my exhaust for free. The owner was so disrespectful about the car and me that I already knew what I was dealing with. My car had been leaking coolant and oil for a while. It overheated, and they were able to look at it when I brought it in the next day. They checked everything out and did a great job replacing the radiator, hoses, cause of the oil leak, window regulator, etc. They checked everything over and advised on a couple of other possible repairs it might need. Rick took the time to keep me informed, and even put the car on the lift when I picked it up to show me all the work done to the car from the differential to the front suspension. I went online and checked out their website and what really caught my attention is that they pride themselves in using authenthic BMW parts and specializes on working on European vehicles.
