What can I say. An auto repair shop that is honest and treats you like they would their family. They are upfront about things regarding your car. They told me with my year car, there is a high chance the dash could crack. So I said ok I still wanted to go ahead and do it. They could take me in to diagnose kinda fast few days. No charge for the diagnosis. My issue was the ac knob which was previously replaced with a faulty part from another mechanic. They told me estimated time would be an hour. My car was ready within 45mins. The dash did have a crack which James showed me and offered to replace it at no charge. James, Justin, and Erin seem to work well together and treat each other with respect and this business seems to run pretty smooth. I just get a good feeling of trust when I go see them. They are in the business to help people not rip you off. But parking and dropping off your car can be a slight challenge. Just be patient the team is great about helping you to drop your car. The resistor for the ac blower motor. Bought both off Amazon and installed myself. Some things you can't skimp on, electrical parts. There was No charge. First of all.. very professional..reasonable priced. In and out in one day. My 2005 Prius air conditioner evaporator leaked. What to do.. do I get it fixed as it's an old car for what I consider a reasonable priced based on my research...or buy a new vehicle for 100 times more than the fix. Needless to say, as living on an island I opted for the fix. Justin, one of the technicians was assigned to my vehicle. He had to disassemble the whole dash board to get to the core. Very professional, good personality, did the job with a sense as if it was his own. I'm very satisfied and the car is it's so cold I could freeze ice cream in it, although now a days we just don't know what's in ice cream. James came out to look at my car even tho I didn't have an appointment! He's very knowledgeable and friendly! I know a few shops in this area that rip people off. This ship is not 1 of them! After just a few min of looking at my car he determined the ac wasn't turning on cuz the engine was running too hot. Had my 2007 Nissan Frontier ac fixed 11 months ago. The truck, like me is getting old. It started to act up and a small leak near the condenser had a worn seal/rubber grommet/ wear down and the family run business warrantied their work and fixed it for free. They backed up what they said from 11 months prior. James was awesome and happy to keep me running cool. I was told that in the future we may need to do a complete replacement so if it leaked again we might have to go that route. The value for the money is unmatched here. A great family run business. Found this shop on the internet with some of the best reviews. Took my 2019 Altima in for a diagnostic (which was FREE btw!) , and the team did a thorough check of all parts regarding the AC system. Came in with no appointment and within 30 minutes of calling. Free diagnosis. The problem was quick to establish. They had an opening the next day, but scheduled to repair on that Sunday. Dropped it off on Sunday and picked it up same day earlier than expected. While waiting to pay my bill I was a little annoyed because it took 20 minutes for someone to help me and only helped me once I complained. I was told it would just be a diagnostic appointment to figure out what the issue was, and then I would schedule another appointment for the repair. They completed the inspection, found the problem, and gave me a free estimate in about 15 minutes. Went in because my car AC has been blowing cold and warm, mostly warm for about a year now. Brought it in for a diagnosis, however my car decided it wanted to blow cold hair so they couldn't figure out the problem and didn't want to charge me for a part without knowing for sure. I drove a few blocks away and it started blowing warm so I went back and they were there to immediately diagnose the problem. Although I knew what the actual problem was with my AC, James did a quick diagnosis and concurred with my findings that it was the blend-door actuator that was broken and needed to be replaced. He then stated it would take most of the day before they could get to fixing my issue or I could bring my SUV back another day at 9:00 AM sharp and he would take care of it immediately which would take just a couple of hours and we could wait in their office while they do so! I did as he suggested and brought it back a couple of days later, they took it in immediately, changed the problematic actuator and my AC was fully operational and pumping out ice cold air in just a couple of hours!
