I am in the market for a cash purchase "beater" vehicle so I can hibernate my 2012 german luxo-cruiser for the winter. After having such horrible luck at Infiniti of Omaha, see review, I decided to check the offerings at Baxter Ford. When i entered the dealership there were several salesman standing around like pirahnas in a tank but I didn't receive a single "hello" from anyone. There was no one at the front desk so I stood there and watched all the pirahnas watch me. Finally a lady came from the back, extended a greeting, and offered assistance. I asked for a used car salesman and she picked up the phone and summoned one who arrived fairly quickly. I advised the salesman of what I was looking for and his first recommendation was a 1998 Toyota 4Runner with 108,000 for $11k! Uhhm $11k is about $6k above what the vehicle is worth in Excellent condition. This vehicle was far from excellent. When I called him on it, he told me a story about how a "Good deal" depends on whether the customer feels he/she received a good deal. Translation = If you walk into a dealership and pay MSRP or above for a vehicle and feel you received a good deal, well damnit you received a good deal. Not!!!! I told him that is the most idiotic thing I've ever heard and if that's the sentiment of Baxter Ford, it speaks volumes about their integrity and honesty. Moving along pass the 4Runner From my smartphone I jumped on cars.com and found a Jeep Grand Cherokee which I requested to see. The guy fetched the vehicle for a test drive and as he approached with the key, he advised that the check engine light is on. Why would I want to test drive a vehicle that clearly may not make it around the block and back? He actually asked if we could make a deal on the overpriced 4Runner or the Jeep which I declined! I am only rating the service department in this review, I have NOT dealt with the sales staff. Although the staff is friendly...they are extremely slow...I came for an oil change and to have them look at an issue that I was having with my AC/Heating system. I came in at 9:00 and dropped my vehicle off. At 11:30 I went to check the status of my repair, they advised that they hadn't even looked at the car...well it's now 12:30 and they are finishing up hopefully...after I told them just to do the oil change...long story short, don't bring your car in on a Saturday if you have other things to do. read more

The only reason I marked it higher than 1 star was our salesman Casey. He was polite and apologetic for the idiocy that ensued. From the sales "Manager" who said "Are you kidding me? It's $300!" to which my usually quiet wife stood up, pointed at his face and said "you're right, it's $300! Work with your customer!" Then came the finance guy. Good Lord what a tool. Refused to return calls, was extremely rude when I changed the extended warranty we purchased. I had to involve the GM to get my money back. Horrible. I will never work with a Baxter dealership again. I've been treated poorly at the Ford and Mazda dealerships. Move on. read more

This review is a warning to any one looking to buy a new ford truck. You must educate your self on what you are buying you can not rely on the sales crew or the management at Baxter Ford West Dodge to properly inform you of the capability of these vehicles. The tow ratting of the truck that I leased was over exaggerated and misrepresented. The only solution given to resolve this issues was to buy out the lease and give the truck back and buy a new one. We arrived Saturday at 1145 hrs. within 30 minutes of our arrival we had found the vehicle we wanted. We set in cubicle purgatory for hours waiting for an appraisal for our trade. This car buying process was 4 hour ordeal. It was not until we lost our patience and requested the keys for our vehicle that the GM came out and educated us on the process of getting appraisal numbers. These numbers can be easily found using Kelly Blue Book in under 15 minutes, not to mention these are people that do this for a living. My suggestion is if you choose to do business with Baxter, pack a lunch and bring a pillow and blanket. read more

I hate buying cars. I hate it even more after my experience with Baxter last Tuesday. I was looking for a specific car and they didn't have one on their lot. Thankfully, there was one in Olathe (near Kansas City) that I was willing to buy. I had gone back and forth with one salesman at Baxter a few times and decided to make an appointment to buy the car. The whole time, it seemed like there was a huge delay in the process. My wife and I had one vehicle at the time and I had to pick her up from work late that evening. I never would have guess that I would be there for over 5 hours. Yes, 5 hours going back and forth over the price, the undercoating, and the extended warranty. They told me it should be there by Saturday so I didn't call right away. On Friday (3 days later) I wanted to see if my car would be there. They told me the car had already been sold to someone else, but they had another car (that just arrived in Olathe) with all the same features and options, plus one option I was looking for but couldn't get with the original car. I felt like they were stalling and being dishonest so I called the sales manager and asked if I could back out of the deal even though I had already signed all the paperwork. (I should have probably waited to sign all the paperwork when the car arrived but I didn't know I could do that.) He said it was a null contract since the VIN number on all the paperwork was for a car that was already sold to someone else. I told him I changed my mind and when he asked if I was going somewhere else I just said I was rethinking the whole thing. Okay, how do you keep someone at your dealership for over 5 hours to buy a car that basically doesn't exist? UPDATE (8/27/14): Apparently they never cancelled my loan so now I have two car loans and only one car (that I bought at a different dealer). Since I bought the same type of car from a different dealer, I didn't realize that the statements I was getting from Ford Credit were actually for the wrong car. It wasn't until Ford Credit called me to tell me that my payment was 2 weeks past due that we found out what went wrong. Never, ever buy or service a car at this place. I leased a car and every time I take it in for an oil change they find something wrong that is not covered by warranty, I will now pay off my lease ahead of schedule and return the car 1 year early so that i do not have to ever deal with these scam artist lying SOBs again. So it's the 2nd time I bought a used truck from should be called bastards lol since my 1st purchase I moved from Sarpy to Douglas and when we got to the paper work they had my old address info on file so at what should have been the end I realized it was all wrong and had to wait another hour to sign any paperwork Now here's the best part little less than a month later I go to get plates and they wouldn't issue me any due to the fact they never changed the zip code so conflict of interest then less than a week later I get towed due to baxter mistake but they did pay for that which was it not even a penny for my time And no to mention I received a rental for when my truck was getting detailed and I was promised one vehicle yet received another I'm thinking whatever right but the next day when I start to go back I have a blowout on the interstate :( they say I have to put the spare on and return it but I remembered something. I visited Baxter twice looking for a new car, and both times they kept me waiting. The first time, I was straight forward and told the salesperson that I was just looking and wanted to test drive a few cars as I had a few other cars in mind that I wanted to drive. I took a few for a spin- after having to wait 15 minutes for them to fill the tank up with gas (you'd think you would have this already done with all cars on the lot). Afterwards, I wanted to get all the information for pricing, and this is where it became a game of cat and mouse. I know they were trying to get me to purchasing, but I kept reiterating, I am not buying, and to just give me their best price. it was a game of going back and forth to the salesperson's manager and I ended up not getting any of the information I wanted because I refused to wait more than the 2 hours I had already been there. I went to other dealerships to look at the other vehicles I was looking for, and decided that I wanted to go with the Jeep that I drove at Baxter. I returned a month or so later and worked with the same salesperson. I test drove the exact car I wanted and told him I was ready to buy. Along with my purchase I was also going to trade my car in to go towards the sale of my new car. We had discussed the price and then I asked what I would get with my trade in, and it was insulting for what they came back with. I used Kelly Blue Book to assess my car, for dealership resale, they gave me a value of $5500-6500. The price the manager at Baxter gave me was $750-$1000- absolutely outrageous and insulting. When I went to other dealerships looking to trade my car in they used KBB and told me that I would get the $5500-6500 for my car to go towards my down payment. I told this to my salesperson and told him what I would offer for my car- and the game started- he went back and forth from his manager, and finally his manager came out and said that the number he initially proposed was the "best" he could do. I then got up and thanked them for their time (wish I would have said thank you for wasting my time, as I had been there for four hours) and left. When I returned home, I called another dealership in the area with the same car I wanted, told him exactly what I was looking for, my car that I wanted to trade in and they were able to give me a better deal than the one I suggested initially at Baxter- and it only took me 15 minutes. I will never shop at Baxter and will refer all my friends,family, and colleagues to Woodhouse, where the salesman was courtesy, straight forward, and didn't dillydally with my time. read more

We drove an hour and a half for a scheduled test drive. When we got there no one was willing to help us, the lot was not well-kept, with trash and debris laying about. When we finally got a sales person to wait on us we were told that the vehicle we were scheduled to drive was not available. Altogether it was not a positive experience! read more

So I got my oil changed in my truck finally. It was awesome i pulled up to the garage they let me right in talked to the guy for 2 min went and sat on a big puffy couch with a cup of coffee for 40 min or so and came out my oil was changed my truck was spot less inside and out. This is for their service department. Short story, 9.5hrs for an oil change. Scheduled week in advance, an appointment for an oil change and to do a diagnostic on my transmission. When dropping off vehicle, told 2-3 hrs and they could shuttle me home and then pick me back up. Great...except that's not what happened. I call (lm) after 6 hours of not hearing anything. Received call back stating just finished diagnostic and could not find anything. (The #1 complaint on my 2015 Ford is transmission, so to find nothing seemed odd.) Then asked if I still wanted oil change?!? Why this wasn't done in the last 6 hours, don't know. Told it would only take an hour. Agreed. After 1.5 hrs called to find out what was going on. Told shuttle leaving dealership to come get me. (I live about 15 minutes from dealership with heavy traffic). 15 minutes later I got call saying shuttle was ~15 minutes away (now the shuttle is magically 30 minutes on the other side of me, between me and dealership). 45 minutes later driver called me saying he was leaving dealership to pick me up. I frankly don't understand the other negative reviews about Baxter Ford. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer and found both transactions stellar. Let me elaborate. Baxter Ford is a class act in every regard. The sales department is courteous, warm, considerate, and customer- focused. The dealership is well- managed and I've found pricing very fair. Professionalism seems to be the watch word at Baxter. And their facility is always clean, kid-friendly, and postured to be attentive to the most discerning customer. They offer free iPads, bottled water, and custom coffee drinks to make the car buying experience and vehicle service as comfortable as they can be. My experience with Baxter service has been nothing short of superb. Oil changes cost a mere $34.95 and are always done expeditiously. They take time to ensure the customer is satisfied. Every service visit I've had at Baxter has been done right and at a fair price. And so if you want the best in Omaha Ford pricing, go to Baxter. If you want solid financing and access to competent accessories consultants, go to Baxter. Expert service? Go to Baxter. And if you want a place that is eager to be a friend in the car business with no strings attached and knows you by your first name even after the sale, go to Baxter. The other reviews? They give you low end for trade in value and use high end value for new purchase on loans. The zero percent they offer is they pay a bank for you to have zero percent and then they add it to your loan value. That's per Sean Archfelds description of the great deal on zero percent. Haha! Absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced from purchase to any experience there after.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Bought a 2012 F150 new from Performance or Baxter Ford South ( I understand why they use different names to confuse people ). I was stupid enough to but a 7 years fabric and paint warranty. Well to start off with they call me after a month and tell me I was given the wrong truck ! So I take my truck back to get the right truck and I say ok where's the right truck. The clown they assigned to handle this problem was smoking and ask if he could finish his " smoke " first. I just laughed at him and said " just give me my money back ! " he said I needed to talk to a manager about that so I did. Steve was the sales managers name and I said " well you delivered the wrong truck and your boy here wants to finish his smoke ". Steve came outside a said he was sorry and he would bring the right truck right up. Here come what they say was the right truck and ITS BLUE NOT BLACK LIKE THE TRUCK I BOUGHT! Steve's head goes down and he says " what can I do to get you to take this blue truck instead ? " I said get me a check for a thousand dollars cause I'm sick of being around your business. I say I paid for fabric and paint protection for 7 years and Steve says " we will get that done right away on the blue truck " so I leave and come back the next day and they says it's all ready. Now I have rust on the wheel wells and stains on the seats. Come to find out, they did nothing as far as the protection on the blue truck and now won't cover the rust or stain damage. So they deceive me delivering the wrong truck, lie about putting paint and fabric protection on the truck they had me take and now won't cover the rust and fabric protection. All of this is exactly what Baxter or Performance did. Sounds like the old days of car dealers and they wonder why people don't trust car dealers ? Do yourself a big favor, don't spend a penny with this dealer or any other place they own. I now have a law firm who has taken my case. They a confident these deceptive practices can and will be addressed. I'm looking forward to the process of getting all of these people in court. read more

If I could give a negative "star" it would be negative 5 stars. Worst online experience ever!!!!! I have been using the internet since its start up and personal computers since the mid eighties. I wanted a cash vehicle for towing and found one online at Baxter's website. I inquired about the vehicle and after four days of no response was told it was sold. I then selected another and after several days went by with no response was asked if I had any questions about the vehicle I had been told was sold. Nothing about the second one nor my request for additional information or pictures. Most online vehicles only had one outside picture. I live in Lincoln and wanted to be sure the vehicle met my basic needs before driving all over the place. Needless to say Baxter Ford (Dan "Eli"), nor any of the other folks who would send an email from Baxter Ford, ever responded in a timely fashion nor with appropriate replies that answered any of my questions. After about a month of this I gave up. Then Dan sent an email asking if he had sent enough emails. Ha ha I informed him I was not happy and didn't want to do business with them. Dan then sends an email saying he was sorry I felt that way yet he took NO responsibility for his screw ups. Bottom line - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ONLINE WITH BAXTER FORD and from what I read here I would not brother going inside the dealership either. SERVICE DEPT. This review is about the service dept only. I have never bought a cae from them. I have been to Baxter many times for service. I continue to go only because we have a fleet vehicle. The service dept. is always busy and always behind schedule. Whatever time they tell you the service will take, double it. My feeling is that if they are that busy, they are making enough money to hire a few more people. At the end of my last experience, which left me without a car for 2 days, they knew I was upset. The man helping me actually took the review card out of my car before I left, I assume, so I couldn't fill it out. My advice is to go somewhere else. read more

I have had terrible service on two different trips to their Service Department in the last 8 months. Last November, I brought in my 07 Hybrid for a check engine light. I was told I needed a number of new parts for the hybrid battery. I agreed to have to work done, and specifically asked if there was a Service Bulletin, and was told no (which there was but allegedly didn't apply to my specific VIN number, just all other cars of that year and model). The repairs weren't done when promised, and I sat in their waiting room for several hours when I had been told when I arrived that the repairs were done and it would be just a short wait while they finish up. Silly me, I thought it was just a one-time fluke. And took my beloved, hybrid back to the dealership this week. I called ahead, made an appointment to have my air conditioner looked at as it isn't cooling completely. I waited 5 days for an opening (rather than going to Jensen that could get me in same day). I arrived at the dealership at 8:55 for my 9:00 a.m. appointment, waited 10 minutes for someone to even greet me. I was told it would take about an hour for the diagnostic review and they would call me. I then waited another 40 minutes for the courtesy shuttle to show up. At 3:30 in the afternoon, I still hadn't heard from anyone at the dealership so I called to find out what was going on. After being transferred around, and told no one was available to help me, I was finally connected with a Service Adviser. Who had all sorts of excuses for why I wasn't called - new employees, they were backed up when I dropped my car off with jobs that were still pending from the day before (at this point, I am thinking that it would have been nice to know they were more than 3 hours behind when I dropped it off). AND, by the way, they don't know what is wrong with the car and will need to keep it overnight. As I spend the next hour scrambling to find transportation, I get a call back at 5:00 p.m. and am told they finally figured it out - they had to connect it to the computer 3 times to get a reading (which strikes me, and my mechanic friends, as odd). I need a new fan... as a part of the same assembly (hybrid battery) that they worked on in November. In answer to my question as why that wasn't noted in November - I was told it didn't kick that code out in November. Seriously? They didn't look at all the assembly as they were replacing 50% of it to see what else needed to be replaced? I thinking the labor to replace the fan when they had it all torn apart already would be less than the $450 in labor they want to charge me now (more than $100 an hour). My biggest complaint was the failure to communicate with me when they were delayed, behind, etc. In order to plan how long one will be without a car, communication is key. I had a great experience with the sales floor, Tyler, was very helpful and respectful of my time. With two little kids I just wanted to get in and out with the least amount of hassle. Now with all that being said I repeatedly told Tyler and the sales manager I could only purchase the car if my tags and title were covered, today I went to tag and title my car to find out they only gave me a portion. Now was that my fault partially I should have talked more with the finance guy, Mike, about it but I figured after I had told many people over 2 days of negotiation I would have gotten what I asked for. I'll start by saying I wasn't sure how I was going to rate them based on the service department experience I had, but thanks to the Joe Luellman and the sales manager Matt Phillips I am able to give them a high rating. My rating is based on the sales service I received from both Joe Luellman and the sales manager, not the service department. We purchased a 2016 Chevy Suburban 2 weeks ago that needed a couple of things repaired. We wrote them into the contract and Baxter followed through on their end. Joe said he would make sure everything was taken care of and he did! They also gave us a loaner car to drive while work was being done on the Suburban. What I expected to be a quick turn around getting my vehicle back turned into the service department having my car for over a week (which I won't lie became very frustrating), but Joe communicated with me via text daily to give me updates which I appreciated. When the chip in my windshield wasn't fixed to Joe's or the sales managers satisfaction they reached out to me (before I ever saw the repair) apologized and promised to make it right by ordering a new windshield. I can't say enough about the polite, helpful service I received from the sales staff at Baxter Ford. As for the service department, I feel there is MUCH improvement to be made which is why I gave 4 stars and not 5. read more

Bought my car December 2010 brand new. It's a ford edge sport. Have had my tires remounted 5 times and my $800 wheels are all dinged up so they are worthless now. Then had to replace my windshield because of a crack, today I'm having it reset for the second time because it's making noise. Bought a booklet full of oil changes, they never said it would expire and now I can't use them. So many many issues. I wouldn't buy a car there ever again. When you drop over $40K for a car, you expect to have you and your car taken care of. I have had multiple times that they have kept my car for a week or more. Craziness. read more

I attempted to get a new F 150 ford. Your lease rate was obscenely high. Chevy set me up with a double cab 2017 new Silverado. Zero down and a monthly rent of $346.40. While there, we also got a Malibu for my bride. Your number for less than a dble cab vehicle -- was about $150 per month higher. I originally bought my car from this location back in 2017. The buying process was unbelievable as a first time buyer (beforehand I bought privately). I became a second owner to my vehicle and my salesman man and finance guys were phenomenal (probably because I knew them through mutual friends but still). Up until this past August (2018) my experience in the service department was well above and beyond any expectations you could imagine. My first oil change I began working with an employee in their department who provided exceptional service. He was very understanding of my situation as a single mom to multiple kids and having only my income from 2-3 jobs to raise them. Even for oil changes, I was given loaner vehicles so I could get to and from my jobs rather than waiting in the lobby without any guarantees of the time it may take to complete the oil change. Some time between my oil change in the Spring and the oil change in August, the employee (Nick) was no longer with the company which is such a shame because he was truly one of a kind. Since August I have had nothing but issues when coming to get an appointment in. I've had to have appointments for oil changes, tire repairs/replacement, and some other issues. They expect me to wait around for days at a time without a vehicle and that's just unbelievable as a single parent with only one vehicle. I have had a known issue with one of my tires going flat from some type of leakage for the past several months. They can't seem to see what I'm talking about until I bring them a flat tire. They claim nothing is wrong with the rim but i find that very questionable. This last time in November I was given a loaner vehicle for the tire replacement and oil change. They also did a maintenance check. It took about a week due to some parts needing to be ordered and constantly playing phone tag with them about other issues that were discovered. Well...yesterday I came out to my car (same tire...BRAND NEW) to being flat with NO cuts tears NADA...I asked about a loaner and Sarah (from their call center) was very concerned with my history regarding the same issue. Per her talk with the SERVICE MANAGER (Paul), she told me that he guaranteed her that I could get into a loaner at 5:30pm. Ha! THAT was NOT the case. I showed up at 5:30pm, as instructed, the service rep JoJo was RUDE unprofessional dishonest and when I asked to speak to the service manager she rolled her eyes at me. I spoke to the service manager (Paul) and politely expressed my concern regarding the miscommunication as I was missing work to get my car to them to get it fixed. Paul told me to call today to see if a loaner was available and "apologized" for the miscommunication. He specifically advised me to talk to his assistant manager Don today, which I did and all I can say is this entire experience has been UNBELIEVABLE. The only reason the rating is as high as I have given it is because of the buying experience and Don's HONEST communication and customer service. He informed me that it's noted on my account that when I return the loaner vehicles it's not until after 2-3 weeks of me bringing my vehicle in for work on (totally not true, as I have the loaner agreement and receipts from date of pick up for each time they have serviced my vehicle). The longest I have ever had it was the last incident which was from a Saturday afternoon to a Friday evening after work and I rushed from south Omaha to their location to have it in by 6pm when they closed, the same day they told me my vehicle was ready. The second thing noted on my account is that I return the loaners filled with cigarette smoke which is odd as I don't even SMOKE. Nevertheless, Don and I made an agreement for me to work personally with him and stated that he was going to talk to his service manager because he finds it concerning that up until August there were no issues with the return of the loaners I have had and get me into a loaner vehicle as he said their shuttle service could only get me from one point and back to them (not to each job). Hopefully come Monday, when I bring my vehicle in, he is a man of his word. That's all I can say... read more

I have been to this service department before, and wasn't happy (took 6 hours for an oil change!!!! And then charged me an arm and a leg for it, even though I had a coupon!) I thought I'd give them another chance, but I'm sorry I did. I called in because I already had a check engine light code from a different auto service company that couldn't fix it and told me to take it to the dealer. I was just trying to find out if they had the part in stock. I called, was transferred to the service department, who transferred me to the parts department, who wanted to transfer me back to service. Each time I had to explain what was going on, and each time they could have cared less. They didn't want to be bothered with me, and the last guy actually hung up on me after saying he was going to transfer me. Throw into that the service guy told me he couldn't get me in for a week (probably because it takes them 6 hours to do an oil change). I called one of their competitors (which it is much farther of a drive for me), and they got me in the same day, and was pleasant and took care of me as a customer. Will never go back to Baxter! I like being treated like they actually want my service, and I don't get that at Baxter. read more

Don't waste your time with the service department. Last time I went for an oil change it took them 1.5hrs and the excuse was "they had too many walkins." Poor excuse seeing how I made an appointment! So this time when I call, I ask for a loaner because I'm not going to sit around waiting on them again. I was told that 1.5hrs is a normal oil change time for them and that they can't provide a loaner. I'd rather take my car to a quick lube or similiar that can do an oil change in a proper amount of time (15-30min). If it takes you 1.5hrs to do an oil change there is either a scheduling issue or some new "mechanics" need to be hired. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced!! Went in on a Thursday test drove a vehicle (vehicle was on lot and hadn't even been detailed yet) anyway, chatted with Ryan and started the preliminary financing. Needed to find another vehicle with a little less miles.. did that.. sent info to Ryan on Saturday said he'd speak with his boss on Monday and get back to me.. Monday came..nothing.. sent Ryan a text Monday afternoon about 2ish .. no reply. Tuesday came still nothing from Ryan.. sent him a text about 4 asking if things were good with financing.. or if I needed to be speaking with someone else, (I felt as if I were bothering him) and got no reply still..Tuesday evening comes and still not a word from anyone at Baxter Ford West Dodge!! By this point I'm a bit perturbed as anyone would be. I call Tuesday evening and ask to speak with the Finance Manager (I figured there's something with financing that needs addressed perhaps.. I have no idea because NO ONE will call us back!) Leave a voice mail for Jim the finance manager, and to be quit honest, yes, I was a bit harsh in some of what I said but I'm wanting/needing and deserve to know what's going on?! It's pretty unprofessional to leave a potential customer hanging.. either way! Just be up front and let them know what the hell is going on! I get that we are not the top choice customer they want to see on their lot (because they'll have to work to get us financed - life happens to the best of us!), but at least have enough respect to say Yes, we got you or No, sorry!! At this point I'm pretty sure we won't be getting a return call... pretty disgusting considering I purchased a vehicle from Baxter South and had nothing but great customer service from them... then again, that was BEFORE it became "Baxter!" read more

I received a call yesterday from a manager at Baxter Ford. Upon our 10 minute conversation, discussing the circumstances of my services and complaints. We both reach a resolution that worked for both sides. All I wanted from the beginning was to be worked with and to figure out a solution. I will never step foot in Baxter again. Here's my story. My '06 Ford Escape Hybrid wouldn't start. I got it towed to your Baxter for service. I get called and told its $1,900 to fix everything that is wrong. The battery was bad, the throttle assembly needed replaced, the computer needed an update and the hybrid battery needed a new cooling fan. I tell the service rep, Mark, that I just need this car to last about 9 more months before I can buy a new one. It's only worth about $2,000 and I'm not putting $1,900 into it. He says well we can change just the throttle assembly and the battery and have it running for about $1,100. My dad drives from my hometown 3 hours away to bring me a back up car and haul my Escape home. He takes it to a gear-head but someone who has never seen a hybrid before. This guy starts looking into the codes and researching. Within an hour he pushes a reset button in the back of the vehicle and has it running. Baxter charged me $25 to tell me 4 different things wrong with the vehicle none of which would have started it. The guy my dad takes it to who has never seen one of these vehicles charges me $20 and has it running within an hour. read more
