He quickly modified the drain connection without any issues and completed the installation efficiently and professionally. What really stood out to me was not only their expertise, but also how friendly, respectful, and professional everyone was -- from the office staff to the plumber himself. On top of that, their pricing was significantly better than the other bids I received, which saved me a considerable amount of money. Letts Plumbing has absolutely earned our trust, and they will be our go-to plumber from now on.

Sahy from Echo came out and went under the house and actually had us run the water to find leaks. He found two small leaks and some additional repairs and he figured out that the inspection report totally misdiagnosed the issue. Everyone else was wrong because they didn't want to do what Sahy enthusiastically did. Sahy showed us videos of the issues and we were able to fix exactly what was wrong rather than deal with everyone else's 'worst case scenario' of having to redo the entire master bathroom. Sahy is a great communicator and loves his job and it shows.

After calling another "plumber" I called Bay Area Plumbing about my water bill. The owner Ron was very helpful over the phone and I asked him to come out and see if he could fix the problem. Ron personally came out and fixed three leaks in three hours. We went to the water meter together and it had stopped moving. The previous guy had told me to call a leak detection company to the tune of $300.00. Ron found all the leaks and fixed them. The price? $245.00. Money well spent! If your friend flushes their keys down your toilet over the weekend and your entire system backs up, then Ron is the man to call. We called Ron at 6:30 am on a Monday morning after this happened to us. Not only did he answer that early but he was available to come out the same day. He gave us updates as to when he would arrive and a fair and reasonable quote. It took him 2 hours to get the keys and there were no surprise costs. We have been using Bay Area Plumbing for years. Ron is hands down the bet plumber around. Before we found Ron, we had 4 very poor experiences. Since we've found him, our plumbing problems have gotten under control. Most recently we had a major renovation that caused some plumbing issues. Ron came within an hour of the emergency (flooding issue) and fixed it immediately. I cannot recommend him enough. Sunday morning, 7:15 AM, plumbing emergency, complicated job = No Problem for Ron, form Bay Area Plumbing Inc. Seriously, call this guy, he is professional, courteous, he does excellent work for a fair price. Turning to Craigslist for a plumber may be a gamble, unless you hit the jackpot by calling Bay Area Plumbing, and Ron comes and saves you from a 3rd world future without a functioning toilet. Would definitely call them again, (But hopefully I won't have to for a while!) read more

This is the most reliable service I have ever contacted. They give you time they will arrive and they arrive on time. The work is 100% high quality. They have been to our property three times - two for outdoor drain problems and the third was to replace a garbage disposal. We were replacing a gas water heater with a hybrid electric heat pump water heater. Generally, this…read moretype of heater costs twice as much (price and installation) as a traditional electric water heater, but costs a lot less to run (and therefore you recoup the additional cost in a few years from lower operating costs). I had a very easy experience getting an on-site quote from Justin, the owner. This is a small company so I communicated only with Justin throughout the process. I really like that, because with bigger companies, communicating with different staff can be like a game of telephone and has resulted in a lot more work for me as the homeowner. And ultimately part of what you're paying for is the additional office staff, bureaucracy, etc. I received 3 quotes for this job. 2 quotes from bigger companies both came in around $7100. I went with Justin's quote at around $6700 and I am very happy with my decision. Justin also included an additional mixing valve as part of his quote, which effectively increases the usable capacity of our 65-gallon tank to about 80 gallons. Overall price was not a big part of my decision, but brand of water heater was. After doing some research online, the most recommended brands are AO Smith and Rheem (GE). Both higher quotes were for Navien, which has only been making heat pump water heaters for 1 year, but I was told that it is the most reliable brand. I did not understand how this claim could be made, given the short duration of evaluation for Navien's product. Even the worst appliances usually work for at least a year. So I requested a quote for AO Smith or Rheem, which I did not get from either plumbing companies. This made me question whether I should go with a company that either has communication issues or maybe some type of deal with Navien that I was not informed about. Many water heater installers are preferred installers of certain brands, which means they can get better pricing, etc. I did not want to be a guinea pig for Navien. Justin installs State heat pump water heaters (a pro brand of AO Smith that is made in the US). It was really easy working with him and he got the permit very quickly. He came an additional time to our house, because our electrician didn't finish his part of the install. He didn't need to do this. I feel he is a very trustworthy person and stands by his work. We're very happy we selected him for this install!

I called them and asked them to come out and review the damages with me. They never called me back. I emailed and texted them with the same results. Once he was done, he told me that I can call Water Damage Restoration to have the mess cleaned up which I think was his way of letting me know he wasn't cleaning up the leftover sewage . It wasn't a huge area so that was fine, we cleaned it ourselves. However, the backup started again the next day and when I called and spoke with Bryan and asked him how many times he ran the line. He informs me that he doesn't offer warranty and the lady (our neighbor) watched him run it and the water drained. So, he recommended a camera as it may be a bigger problem. As it turns out, this was a brand new sewer lateral (about 1.5 months) so I called the company who installed the line and they stuck a camera in there and was told it was a block of grease and wipes that was causing the blockage. I advised them that we had a plumber run the drain yesterday but because the equipment he used was small, all it did was pop a hole in the hardened grease so as more waste flowed, it caught on to the remaining grease which caused another backup. I am very disappointed dropping $250 when it just backed up again rather than making sure that it was done sufficiently the first time. My experience with professional plumbers ensure that it is completely opened and have a hose or something to at least hose down the area, and if it backs up within a day, they go back out to see what the issue is to get them back in service. They don't say we don't offer warranty which I can understand if I was calling like weeks later, but this was literally less than 24 hours. Very unprofessional in my opinion!

She quickly scheduled an inspection for the same day. Jesus and Alejandro arrived and were polite, courteous, and professional from the start. They walked me through everything they were doing while diagnosing the issue, and sure enough, they found the leak. They left briefly to pick up the necessary parts and came back to complete the repair. Throughout the entire process, Jesus kept me informed every step of the way--no surprises at all. They also left our home just as clean as they found it, which I really appreciated. This was my fourth time using Concord Rooter and Plumbing, and once again they delivered excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing needs.
