I recently found an active leak coming from the water supply in my crawl space. I called several plumbers but most were not responsive or could not come by quick enough to inspect the issue. I came across Platinum Plumbing and spoke to Jorge. He came out to look at the issue within 20 minutes. Right away, you can tell he seemed like an honest person. After getting into the crawl space and examining the problem, he showed me photos of the problem which was an old copper pipe with a small hole in it. I can NOT say enough about these guys. My water pipe burst in the front of the house from main meter (EBMUD). Water was gushing out through our pavers in the driveway. EBMUD turned off our water. I was so scared we would have to go to a hotel for a week. Jorge came out (pouring rain) and work through the night (pouring rain). The next day, came back and found the leak and fixed it and used a really strong coupling device so it doesn't burst again. AND, the pricing was very fair. I needed to find out what was going on with my French drain, when I moved into my new house recently, I had been told by the previous owner only that it "might not be working." Jorge was the ONLY plumber willing to first diagnose the problem, by offering camera service at a very reasonable price to first figure out what the issue was, and then proceed from there--whereas all the other companies wanted to sell me an entire hydrojet package at a ridiculously high price/ambiguous price "range"-ultimately at a much greater cost--before even looking at what the problem was. Jorge is a straight shooter, no fast talk or trying to upsell me into something I did not need. He did the repairs needed and showed me exactly what the issue was.
