Yaro responded to my quote request on Yelp and provided a quote based off my photo. He had a window available within the next hr and was able to identify and seal the earthquake valve elbow part better. I am thankful for his speedy repair and PG&E was able to come back same day to turn the gas back on. Yaro's rate was competitive and has a 1 year labor warranty. There was an error date on the receipt so I'm just waiting for the revised receipt with the correct date. Other than that, I'm so glad to find him and would call him back for any plumbing issues.

My wife and I dollied and manipulated all 137lbs of that bad boy into the garage. Edgar was my tech from Magnificent (He thought it was a "check" vs. "replace"). This could have been a disaster because we are now at New Year's Eve. They typically only do commercial water heater replacement but calls his boss, gets the gren light and because we are loyal customers, discounts the service cost. He tells me he can do it, calls to re-arrange some family plans and just makes it happen! At the end, he noticed a pipe with some carbon monoxide venting which he also fixed. We've used them on several different occasions and it's ALWAYS 5+ stars.

There are so many good things to say about him. A second-generation licensed contractor, Aaron has lots of knowledge and experience under his belt. He always offered a professional and balanced perspective about things and gave great advice that made decision-making easier for me. Aaron is an excellent communicator: enthusiastic, personal, gracious, and easy to work with. Very patient, he was always ready to explain things to someone who had many questions, who didn't always understand things when told, and who always needed to know "why." A great time manager, Aaron's intuitive understanding of the flow of the construction industry kept me and my project on schedule despite the vicissitudes of the pandemic. His network of subcontractors is excellent and top-notch. All of them rigorously observed the stringent regulations of my HOA. They were on schedule, clean and tidy, and were flexible and gracious about the inevitable issues that would come up. They did great work and won the respect of our homeowners. I don't often leave reviews but after receiving service from Complete Plumbing, I decided to write one. I could not be more please with this company. It is family owed and the father and son duo is nice to see these days. I was originally quoted over $6k by my first plumber, I figured I would get a second opinion before spending that kind of money and I found, Complete Plumbing. They responded same day and eased by anxiety by telling me they could fix it without having to pull my whole shower apart. They saved me thousands!!! When it was discovered that our main water valve turn off was leaking Aaron was recommended. I reached out to Aaron, he quickly responded and set up a time to come. Aaron arrived in the window of time he said he would be here. He explained to both my husband and I what he would do and also where he was in the process if we walked out into the yard. Aaron was able to talk and work as he was asked questions. In the process of fixing the leak our sprinkler system was in the way, but Aaron found a way to work it out so both are working. Aaron replaced a water heater for us a couple of weeks ago. Our tenants had no hot water, Aaron came the next day. He not only replaced the water heater, he also ensured the installation was compliant with current plumbing code ensuring strapping, drain pan, condensate lines, and overflow tank were all in place. My review is more so regarding the overall experience of 2 different scenarios with the company. Me and my family have been a client for years. Service Pros was my go to company of choice and I had an excellent experience with Juan. However, my experience after was not one I would like to experience again. 1) The plumber that came prior to March on 10/14 asked if I was the homeowner (I would think after being a client for many years, this was not a question. 2) I was quoted a "what I feel like" was a very high price for install of a new toilet and replacement (faucet) in my upstairs bathroom. First quote was 1,700 and then he later said the job could be done for 1189.00. I declined to go with replacement of the faucet and said I would just get a new toilet myself for install. 3) I called to ask for a quote to install my new toilet and was told it would be 689.00 4) When Marc arrived (very kind and professional), he had a new toilet with him which leads me to believe that the 689 was inclusive of the new toilet he brought with him. 5) When I asked if the cost to install the toilet I purchased from Lowes would still be 689.00 he said yes. 6) I called the office to ask and stated the price should not be the same as it clearly included a new toilet that I did not purchase. I purchased my own from Lowes. 7) The lady said she would have the plumber call the supervisor to ask what was the cost just for labor. 8) After the work was done, I asked what was the cost for labor and I was told since I had a premium toilet the install would be $589 for installation. :-( Only 100 bucks off the initial costs which tells me that the toilet bought by service pros was only 100 or less than or they were making up numbers. I still never got the cost for just labor. I recently retired from Corp America after 26 years and do not have the funds to waste or to be overcharged, especially being I have been a customer for years. I will no longer be a customer of Service Pros. My suggestions is, if you do use them - ask for Juan!
