They do an amazing job taking care of my place and they pay great attention to detail. They always show up on time, they are well organized, bring all their cleaning products and equipment and are very efficient. They always leave my home spotless. Today Jacqueline cleaned my oven which is more involved than I ever thought. One needs to preheat the oven then apply the product and let it sit overnight. She texted me the instructions the night before and today she took care of it and my oven looks like new after she finished. If I could give Jacquelene and her crew a 0 I would but I have to put 1 star for the sake of posting the review. Like others who left a positive review, I had an amazing experience with Jacquelene at first. A few things seemed a little odd and unorganized but looked past it as I really got along with Jacquelene and her crew was very thorough in their cleaning when they came. However, the last time they came to deep clean my house they made a huge mistake that went unaddressed by Jacqulene for more than 48 hours and required me to follow up with her multiple times over the course of 3 days, waiting to hear back from her to make it right. Ultimately, I never heard back from her and told her I would no longer be using her cleaning services. I had asked for my house to be deep cleaned, they did a decent job aside from forgetting to clean my baseboards in some areas and forgetting to do the inside of the showers (and doing a proper job). But the last straw was when I discovered that they cleaned inside my oven but left ALL the cleaning solution inside of it and never wiped it out. I never noticed until 4 weeks later when I noticed white flakes all over the food I was cooking in my oven. Come to realize - we've been eating meals with chemicals on it because it was all in the oven circulating around and heating up over the course of a month. Not even sure how harmful that was to my health and not to mention I'm pregnant so this really scared me....the fact that she never addressed the concern or even texted me back after giving her a chance to make it right INFURIATES ME. Save yourself the hassle and go with another cleaner. Jacquelene is by far the worst person to work with at this point and I'm so disappointed she lost my business this way and was okay with it. Not only that, she apparently doesn't know how to keep a schedule of appointments meaning I can never book my appointment at the same day/time every month and if I do want that, she puts it on the customer to REMIND HER. This is your business lady, you run the schedule and the reminders. Absolutely ridiculous and yes I'm nit picky about that stuff because this is a business and that's part of their job to maintain a schedule of their client's services - not my job to remember to remind her to clean my house which I'm paying for. So ridiculous. Oh and she also does have an attitude - either you're the type of person to match the energy or you're just okay with it but she could certainly improve her attitude overall with customers. I've gotten into it a few times with her. Since then I've moved to a new cleaner that I'm hoping works out better than my experience with this place. I'm so sad to have had to change services because I was really hoping to keep All Star Housekeeping as my permanent go to cleaners over the years - so much for that. read more

I hired All Star House Cleaning for a thorough clean of my home. Jacquelene responded quickly to my request for a quote. She made an appointment quickly, provided me with the information on a Friday and schedule the cleaning for the following Tuesday. I came home to a wonderful, clean smell. Not chemically but fresh. They cleaned my railings and my baseboards, my tile floors and countertops. The little details such as light switches and fingerprints on doors were cleaned away. They dusted my blinds and shutters and cleaned my window sills. They did all the little things that take so much time. I have hired them on a bimonthly basis. No contract. She has made empty promises to replace the item and has threatened me to prove that her workers stole it, even though she is licensed and bonded. Been using AllStar Housekeeping for a couple of years now. I'm extremely picky so the fact that I'm still using them says a lot! They do a great job. I had weekend guests and washed the sheets and tossed them in the guest room thinking I'd get around to remaking the bed and forgot about it. I came home after their service and they'd made the bed for me! I call that hotel service. That's not just house cleaning. They are so great I changed my service to weekly because I LOVE coming home when they've cleaned. I have five animals and visitors always ask how my house is so clean and you can't smell the animals?
