Chris installed EERO mesh to improve my reception and then coordinated my alarm system cameras, TING, TVs, printer etc. He taught me how to use AppleTV and ROKU. Nothing fazed him. With each of the various problems I had, he immediately knew what to do. I'll never have to call my son again. He checked that everything was working before he left. These folks are amazing - not only in their expertise, but also in customer service. We asked them to install a mesh network to improve our connectivity but when they got here we realized that our Comcast router/modem was not working as it should. Ari is amazing! I have been having so many horrific issues with my wifi and was hoping he could help. However, he was bearer of bad news and told me that my issue is bandwidth rather than hardware and the only fix would be to go with Comcast. Usually, companies would just try and sell you their time to make money, but this was not the case. He spent a lot of time on the phone to talk me through my options, which he didn't have to do. I'd like to share my experience working with Ari Laquidara aka Tech Hero. I've an overload of logins and passwords that were becoming un-organizable. Yes I have a spreadsheet but it's painful to have to stop work to go and look up the password for a site. Plus I'd forger to update the sheet with new passwords. It was a disaster. In steps Tech Hero to save the day....... Tech Hero installed 1 program that took my exactly 10 minutes to master and like magic all my passwords are neatly organized in 1 app. All I have to do is press two keys and like magic the correct login and password is entered for all sites. Brilliant! Best is everything is very secure unlike my google doc. I can hear the techies out there gasping.....yes I kept all my passwords on google docs but not any more. Now it's all under lock and key on an app that's accessible from any of my MAC devices: computers, ipads, phones. It's a HUGE time saver. Turns out I have over 100 logins and passwords (and counting). No wonder I was feeling overwhelmed trying to remember them all. Next he helped me organize all my works, school, kid, family vacation calendars into one app that adds a lot more functionality to google calendars. I'm feeling productive again. Ari, Tech Hero/Guru, is the best problem-solver and solution-finder of all previous 5 techs I've tried...one time. Ari is now my go-to guy for computer and related stuff, we have an ongoing connection. Ari is a stellar guy. I was having trouble getting my internet installed with Comcast. The installers told me I would have to get the coaxial cable repaired myself.
