After some heavy rainy days in the Bay, Anthony and Ray came to the rescue when I needed them the most. I sent out my request for a cost estimate late on Sunday night and within 10 minutes I received a response. With a quick look on google earth and some discussion on what I expect, Anthony was able to provide me a very competitive quote. On top of that he was flexible and scheduled an appointment with me the next day which was perfect! He and his brother gave me a heads up when they were on their way and arrived on time with all of the necessary Covid PPE. I showed them the areas of concern and was informed of the additional time/labor to remove/reinstall gutter screens/guards. We negotiated the final price and it was still better than the rest! Before starting, he kindly asked if anyone was sleeping or in a meeting to be courteous. His consideration and concern is greatly appreciated. They proceeded to scoop out the majority of the gunk from the gutters to prevent further clogging. They were kind enough to show me the major blockage at he end of the drain that would allow the downspouts to flow freely. And if there were blockages, they would hydro-jet it out. At the end of the service, they provided before and after pics upon request. I am very pleased with how clean everything is and am more impressed with their dedication, attention to detail, and overall professionalism. Really appreciated working with Anthony to clean my roof/solar panels and install a downspout on the roof. He's really professional and a great guy. I'm so impressed with the job he did. I own the house but I have tenants who live in the house. It was easy to schedule with Anthony and his prices are very reasonable. These guys are great. They respond quickly to requests. Answered all my questions. They were running a little behind on the day of my appointment but the called and let me know. When they got here they were professional and polite. They kept me informed of a few issues that I had with my gutters and roof, even fixed a gutter that had come off its mounts. They even cleaned up some leaves that weren't their doing. I was so happy with the service that I asked for a quote for another project I want done. With everything going on in the world its hard to find people that still provide good service at a fair price. AR has excellent service and from my research the best prices. Our gutters were overflowing tons of water in an area they weren't supposed to. Anthony and crew were on-time for a free inspection and estimate, the root cause was primarily a blockage of old leaves & roof asphalt in the gutters. Anthony offered two services - just clean the blockage for $75 or clean the gutters on the whole side of the house for $100, by far the most competitive quote we got from any company, we chose the whole gutters and they began work right away. After finishing cleaning, they pointed out we also had an issue with our gutter not being leveled properly in one area, leading to standing water and contributing to the overflow, and offered to do a minor adjustment to the gutter leveling for free. After their minor adjustment, he said the problem was not yet fixed, and asked whether we'd like to do a slightly bigger adjustment for $40 to ensure all the water was draining properly. We agreed and the work was done. Overall, the work was completed well for a great price. The crew was friendly, hardworking, and professional, and had good mask hygiene throughout. They'll definitely be my first choice in the future for gutter issues or solar cleaning. read more

Anthony and Ray are professional and their work is above and beyond what I have experienced in the past. Their prices are competitive and fair for the work that they do and service that they provide. I was under the gun to get a gutter cleaning before my house got painted. They adjusted their schedule to fit me in on a few days notice. Once on the roof they sealed a crack in my roof tile that I didn't ask for not to mention a few other tiles that needed the edges sealed. I have had my solar company "servicing" my panels. But once they showed me the photos of what was actually being done on the roof I was disappointed to say the least. Once the house is painted they are scheduled to return to clean my solar panels and put mesh around my panels so the birds don't make a home anymore. This was a service I did not know they provided but now that I do my solar company has been fired and A&R is hired. I looked at the Yelp reviews for this company and called for a quote on a Saturday late afternoon. Anthony picked up on the first ring and gave me a quote based on the levels of my house. The quoted price was good ($150 lower than another quote) and had availability the next Monday morning. They arrived ahead of schedule, walked me through the procedure of cleaning and sealing my gutters, and started the work. One and 1/2 hours later the work was completed. I was concerned about the clean up because my house was recently painted, but everything was spotless when they left. All of the workers were polite and cordial and all of my questions answered.
