HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! They don't answer their phones. Bought two cleanings for $144. After waiting 4 hrs for my app. No call no show. I was told off by the receptionist how rude I am every time I call. I demanded a refund. I was told absolutely NOT. Sent tech out the next day. Did nothing. Left screws out of my handler in a pile on top. Left drainage pipe off. Water all over my garage floor. Did not check my filters. Did not vacuum out leaves and dirt inside the condenser outside. The owner come to find out is the receptionist's brother. Don't use this company, had appt and Rob the technician didn't show up nor have courtesy to text /call that he was delayed or anything just didn't bother to show up. Scheduled with Todd the owner, same, no text or calls. So owner doesn't even care, their doors will be closed soon with this kind of service. You're better off calling your neighbors 5 yr old grandson you'll get better service. read more

I am surprised by these negative reviews and my own experience makes me question their validity. I have called Bay Breeze several times for info and the phone is answered promptly. I scheduled an appt, received SMS messages with updated ETA from the technician, and then a productive conversation with the tech in my home. It is clear to me that he is qualified and knows what he's talking about. Follow up has been timely. I have zero complaints so far. read more

Wouldn't you know it, I just put my home up for sale and my 4 year old air conditioner, which never had any issues, stopped working. I called several companies throughout the area that were not able to come out for several days. Bay Breeze was able to come out right away and diagnosed problems with my air conditioner. All I can say is my ac is working great, my home sold, and the cost of the ac fix was minimal. Thank you Bay Breeze for a fast reasonable and total fix of my ac. read more

Beware of Todd Nelson and Scott Reynolds, It seems Scott sold Todd his old "One Hour A/C" business, apparently to skirt all the 10 year parts and labor warranties, Then under their new name called all the One hour A/C's old customers and charged them more money for service agreements and took away the Labor on warranties. All this was unbeknownst to me until our A/C caught on fire and the tech asked me to dig up the old paperwork which said parts and labor 10 years. So I question them at bay breeze and they tell me they do not have to honor the old businesses obligations. After investigating this claim I discover that Scott Reynolds the old owner of One Hour is still the owner of Bay Breeze. Nice scam guys. read more

Bought a house last year and were told that the AC unit was in really good condition. However, it struggled to keep up and finally gave up with this very hot summer this year!! Rob was our technician. He was very knowledgable and had the unit providing cold return in just a short period of time. The office staff is friendly, they scheduled within a couple of days, and Rob was so helpful on tips to help to help maintain the unit and explained everything as he worked. I was really impressed and pleased by the great staff and service! I would highly recommend this company! read more

I've had Bay Breese Air Conditioning and Heating take care of my AC for 5/6 years now and never had a problem. My unit started stopping Wednesday night and I called Thursday morning. They were already booked for the day but Scott Hopkins was here this morning at 10:00. He found the problem and fixed it! My story was more of a saga initially. I used another AC company that I had a service plan with but, every time they came out it was a huge bill (even without being charged a service fee). The only good thing they sold me on was a fresh-aire UV light. When I started having problems again (this year) I found Bay Breeze. I also signed up for their service plan. Well, my AC unit was having one issue after another -- they came out each time and although I paid for whatever repair was made I never felt taken advantage of or that the price was ridiculously high. Well, the last two times they came out (about a week and then 2 days ago) Zach confirmed that I needed a new AC unit (my old one was 10 years old and I had problems with it for about 2 years). Needless to say, I panicked and was going to get a second and third opinion but, I slept on it and decided to go with Bay Breeze. Although having a new AC unit installed is crazy expensive I am confident that I made the right choice when I used Bay Breeze. Then right before the appointment I had an issue; Todd called me and it was immediately remedied. My new unit was installed today by Junior and Dillion. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and worked very well together -- they took the job seriously and were respectful young men. They got the job done about three hours and I have cool air throughout my home -- YAY ME!!! I also learned a few things as well. Buyer beware. The worst contractor we ever experienced...ever. It took them 5 months to finish putting in our A/C unit with new vents. They failed to communicate with us as to the status of the job at any time. We had to drive communication to get any progress completed. The technicians would show up without all the materials and equipment needed to finish the portion of the job they were assigned to do. This caused Bay Breeze to reschedule over and over throughout this summer. As homeowners we lost countless hours of work meeting technicians with Bay Breeze. After the lack of progress, we reached out to Todd, owner of Bay Breeze A/C. He failed to manage our job and with his lack of professionalism, customer service skills and detail orientation he should not be in business. The reason was clear to us why he is no longer part of Scott's One Hour franchise. We owned several homes in several states and Bay breeze A/C is the worst contractor we have ever came across. read more
