Club sandwich w/ tots (front) Cobb salad w/ honey mustard dressing (back)

Very fun Midwest small town vibes! Decore of Bay through the years and fun vintage license plates! Their service is always excellent! Very attentive throughout the day! The food is actually really good (the tots are crispy and golden brown) I got the Club sandwich! Very good! Lots of meat! My cousin got the Cobb salad and she really enjoyed it and was impressed by the chicken in it! they close at 2:30 but it's definitely worth it, run by good people, and the clientele is kind as well!

Came on a Friday at 11 and it was busy, but staff was all very nice and we were quickly sat in 20 minutes. Classic diner food that tasted great!

Carpet. Not in a restaurant. Eggs weren't done right, either. Toast was cold. All was not good. Service was great, tho!

Great traditional breakfast food with a variety of omelets. It's smaller so expect a wait but it's worth it.

What an incredible evening at the Aviator Cleveland rooftop for the Patron Tequila Dinner…read more The multi-course dinner expertly prepared by Executive Chef Matt Koza danced in unison with incredible handcrafted cocktails containing Ultra-premium El Alto tequila (that elevated the flavors of every sip and bite) From the stunning rooftop views to the impeccable presentation and service, every detail felt intentional and luxurious. This wasn't just a dinner, it was an experience. The perfect blend of culinary artistry, premium tequila, and an atmosphere that felt both sophisticated and welcoming. Events like this are exactly why I love supporting Cleveland's food scene. If you have the opportunity to attend one of these specialty pairing dinners, don't hesitate. An unforgettable evening of exceptional food, creative cocktails, and elevated hospitality. I've been hearing about the "Aviator" for a long time and for one reason or another just never got…read morethere. Well we finally made it tonight. It is not what I expected. The facility is far bigger than I thought it would be. They have a central restaurant with multiple party centers on either side. It's a really BIG facility. New, modern, and quite attractive. With plenty of convenient parking. The wall of the restaurant that faces Cleveland Hopkins Airport is all glass. It affords you quite an impressive view of the airport and the planes landing. The staff we met was pleasant and efficient. Our server, Mina, did an excellent job all night. If there was a weak point, it would be the food. It was not bad (I'm trying to be kind); it was just uninspired, limited, and not really well prepared. Because they do not offer bread for the table our only option was to order the "Soft Pretzel". It arrived badly overcooked, crunchy not soft, and even boardering on burnt. The charcuterie board was OK, but uninspired. I ordered the "Lemon Chicken" which was a full half chicken in a reasonably good sauce. But the meat was dry and it came only with brussel sprouts (yuk!). My wife had the "Walleye" which she simply said was "okay"... oh well. Our guests weren't any more impressed than we were. I will say our coffee and "Pot de Creme" were very good... thank goodness. All in all, our overall experience was "meh"... just "meh". Sorry - really probably should be 3.5

Jeremy was our server, and was friendly, knowledgeable, and handled my gluten allergy without batting an eye. The food? Our selections were off the chain. We started with the deviled eggs - extremely creamy; a little kick; topped with a crisp cornichon. We had 4 different varieties of oysters -- all perfectly chilled and served with both cocktail and a green sauce mignonette, with plenty of lemon. Now for the showstoppers -- I had the N'awklins shrimp and grits. Oh my! The shrimp were nestled on top of the silky cheddar grits, and blackened - seasoned beautifully and cooked just right - not mushy or chewy. But the star? The broth! Tomato based, the depth of flavor was unexpected, and so good, I could have eaten a bowl of just that. My husband had Cioppino, which I could not taste due to GF. His description -- the broth was rich and thick -- not like a typical cioppino broth. It was was chock full of seafood -- very hearty -- with mussels; shrimp; calamari; clams, and just a touch of heat. The bread was also a standout -- baked to order, and then charred. You may want an extra piece of bread, he wants me to tell you! Really -- go to Salty Mary's, ask for Jeremy, and stuff yourself silly. You won't regret it.

It was Valentines weekend and we went on Friday which means it wasn't crowded at 5:30 yet. We were the 2nd table seated and while there the host set next customers all in an arms reach. Where we could hear each other's conversations. She could have set us more apart I felt like especially when a family of four came in with two young kids, totally ruined the ambience of the restaurant being Valentine's Day eve. When the waitress approached our table, she would stand behind me and start to talk, and I had to turn around to look at her. She should have come to the center of the table, which had plenty of room to view both of us. Plus since she was standing behind me at first, I thought she was talking to another table. Then my husband told me she was asking us questions. This place is over an hour drive for us so won't return.
