Scam. Beware. They will use incorrect billing codes, ignore insurance billing guidelines and send you surprise bills. Spent 5 months going back and forth with their billing dept and my insurance companies and they will lie about fixing bills or giving adjustments. A simple health exam will result in expensive bills. Do not go here even if your health is on the line because the resulting visit will only damage your health further Listen to this recording between baylor scott's billing agent and my insurance claims processor, they will completely ignore healthcare law to bill you incorrectly just for a quick buck -----https://app.box.com/s/ecmrfddxb4shs0rq8u5iflbkdh8qjeup

On…read morethe day of my virtual appointment I spoke to my doctor about my concerns and she put in orders for bloodwork. I returned to Victory Medical in person to do the blood work two days later. I walked in and was greeted. The person at the desk in the lobby told me to fill out a little piece of paper and then said they'd call me back when they were ready for me. I sat in the waiting area for about 10 minutes and then the phlebotomist called my name. He took me back to the area where they draw blood. I signed some paperwork and he explained a few things to me. Then he got ready for the blood draw. He did an excellent job. I didn't feel the needle prick and he did a really good job keeping me distracted by talking to me. The whole process was pretty quick. Overall Victory Medical did an excellent job. Getting an appointment using the texting system was convenient. The virtual meeting with my doctor was also convenient. The in person visit for bloodwork was fairly quick and smooth.

After my 29-year-old son survived a near-fatal car accident and was discharged from the ICU with an…read moreincredibly complicated medical situation, we were overwhelmed trying to navigate daily medical care, trauma, and recovery. Jason Spees at Victory Medical became the steady, compassionate presence that carried us through some of the hardest weeks of our lives. What sets Jason apart is not only his medical knowledge, but his humanity. He spent an incredible amount of time helping my son process the trauma of nearly dying, difficult diagnoses, and the fear that comes with an uncertain recovery. He never rushed us. He listened. He cared deeply. When my son experienced dangerous reactions to medications prescribed elsewhere, Jason stepped in immediately, even seeing us on the weekend and coordinating with other providers to ensure my son received safe, thoughtful care. Although my son is an adult and we live in different states, Jason honestly told me my son would need me there for at least six weeks to help guide his recovery. He was absolutely right. Through complete chaos, Jason maintained a calm, grounded bedside manner that brought peace to our entire family. It genuinely scares me to think about what my son's recovery experience would have been without him. Victory Medical is incredibly fortunate to have someone as compassionate and dedicated as Jason Spees on their team.

We were taken to a room within 5 minutes and greeted by two nurses who immediately began consultation and setting up the IV. I love how quick the discharge process was -- they make it so simple for you. Shoutout to Colin and Sherry, they are the best nurses we have come across and that says a lot given we are in an ER every few months. They are very great at making you feel heard and overall just amazingly nice people. The best of the best. Dr. Wright was very knowledgeable and just as respectful/nice as the nurses. Dr. Wright spent the time with us that a lot of medical providers fail to do. He explained options, possible effects, and helped us with decision making. He never made us feel like he was in a rush. He listened and advised. Thank you for that. Overall, we were taken very good care of at Vik Complete Care and will certainly choose this location in the future. Thank you thank you thank you to Colin, Sherry, and Dr. Wright. You all helped make a terrible day a brighter one, and we greatly appreciate your kindness and thoroughness during our visit.

I do not write reviews lightly, but my experience with this practice has been deeply concerning…read more After my MRI on March 31, I was informed on April 8 that the findings carried a high level of concern and that a prostate biopsy was important and time-sensitive. However, the actions and follow-through from this practice reflected the exact opposite sense of urgency. My original biopsy appointment on April 20 was cancelled approximately one hour beforehand due to a related MRI machine issue (problem of transferring the MRI images to the surgery team) which I accepted as an unfortunate but understandable technical problem. What followed afterward was far more troubling: repeated delays, disorganized communication, explanations about difficulties obtaining MRI images and transferring files, and weeks of little to no meaningful follow-up despite multiple calls and messages from me. Five days ago, I contacted the practice again in an effort to connect with the head of administration. Even that proved difficult. The switchboard operator could not provide a name, direct email address, or contact number, and explained that complaints or concerns had to be relayed through the switchboard itself. I once again had to explain the entire situation from the beginning. To her credit, she was among the more sympathetic and caring individuals I encountered and agreed to pass my concerns directly to the urologist. I did hear back from the urologist later that same day, and even he appeared surprised that the biopsy had still not been coordinated. It is now Friday, and since that conversation, I have no record of receiving any calls or follow-up from the practice. What makes this even more disappointing is that this was not my first experience with administrative and communication issues at this practice. I experienced a very similar pattern roughly a year earlier, where repeated follow-up from me was required before I was eventually told it had been "a minor admin issue." Unfortunately, this suggests a recurring operational problem rather than an isolated oversight. What I find most difficult to understand is the contradiction between being told that this matter was serious, while simultaneously experiencing a level of administrative disorganization and lack of communication that felt anything but urgent. Patients dealing with the possibility of cancer should not feel as though they are personally responsible for repeatedly chasing, coordinating, and advancing their own care at every stage of the process. When patients are told that findings are serious and time-sensitive, there should be a corresponding level of communication, organization, follow-through, and compassion from the practice managing that care. This review is written out of genuine disappointment and concern regarding the gap between what patients are told and what they actually experience.

They can order blood work, write the clearance letter, etc. It was so quick and easy, I called and got in the next day. The only other place I found wanted me to see my PCP dr first then get the EKG and my PCP was booked for 6 months. Yeah not going to work when my surgery is less than 2 weeks away. Anyways, the ladies I met were super sweet, laid back yet super professional and kind. The office was clean and organized. Everything was excellent! I highly recommend them if you need surgical clearance.
