At this point I just wanted someone to take the wheel we talked and laughed and before I knew it I ended up with a beautiful bounce of hair. My hair has grown more. I was looking for color and extensions…read more I had never had extensions before, and was apprehensive as I wasn't familiar with the process, the different techniques, the different types of hair, or the required maintenance. Before I scheduled an appointment, Jacquelyn took the time to discuss these things with me over the phone. She was extremely knowledgeable, more so than anyone else I had spoken to. So, I booked my appointment. COLOR We did the color and extensions in 2 different appointments. It had been a while since I had my color done and my hair was in pretty bad shape. I let her know what I didn't like about my color and she made recommendations. I could not have been happier with the outcome! The color came out beautiful and was far better than I could have imagined. EXTENSIONS Since this was my first time getting extensions, I did not know what to expect. The process was fairly easy and painless. Also, the extensions matched my new color so we didn't have to color them. The number of rows and weight was perfect (based on her recommendation for what I was looking for), and the placement was based on how I typically wear my hair to ensure I had flexibility with styling it in different ways. The end result certainly exceeded my expectations! Also, she gave me a great hair care package that contained all the things needed to properly care for my hair. I am extremely happy with my results and highly recommend Jax Manes.

I was told they were busy all day and it had just quieted down when I arrived. I checked in online and maybe waited two minutes once I got there. Theresa was available and she cut my hair in about 15 minutes and I was quickly on my way, right when the groomers called to say my dog was ready! Theresa was very nice, the shop was very clean, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend for a quick haircut. Thank you, Theresa!

So I told bucola to put my name down and I would go get cash at the bank. I went to the bank and the ATM was down so I had to go through the drive-thru. I finally got back and bucola and another lady was at the front desk. I told her I had cash she started walking to her chair and I was following her. Then I noticed the lady that was she was talking to behind the counter was following her also. And she sat down in her chair. I said I thought I was next and she said have a seat. So I sat down for a few minutes and then I said no I'm not waiting after running all over the place to get cash and I asked her to put my name down and I come back and it's she took somebody in front of me. So it was not like she was finishing up somebody she was starting out whole new haircut. So I got up and walked out and I Won't Go Back.!

She then goes for the straightener (I have wavy hair so it'll obviously get longer if you do that) and tries to straighten my bangs before cutting them, I stop her and ask if she'll put heat protection on at least cause I have dyed and damaged hair. She tells me no it's fine and puts the heat straight on my hair. My hair is now at my shoulders and I have straight cut bangs somehow. I had to go somewhere else to re do it. This lady tells me there are so many uneven cuts she doesn't even know where to start and that there is NO FIXING MY HAIR. so thank you.
