The care and compassion from Dr Minor was AMAZING; even when the growth returned and we had to make the hard decision to euthanize her. In 2021, we brought our chocolate lab in for X-rays and again experienced AMAZING compassion and service. Fast forward to a month ago. We tried to have the newest member of our pack, our 15 month black lab seen for what seems to be allergies. However, this time I am met with...you have not spent $$$ here in over 3 years, as a result, your pets are NO LONGER patients here and we will NOT accept them back as NEW patients! When I pressed for a why, I was told the "new" owner's policy is if you are not willing to come in annually and pay for a well visit and vaccinations for each dog, your business is not welcome! I cannot stress how SHOCKED we are to hear how little value we and our pets are because we won't agree to annual revenue to the practice. This is in NO WAY the experience we were acustom to AND expected to be treaty with so little value. SHAME ON YOU! CLEARLY PUTTING PROFIT OVER PATIENT CARE AND RELATIONSHIPS!!!

They have a wonderful system where you can leave a voice message after hours and someone will send you a text pretty immediately asking for the details of your concerns. The person responding either responds to the question then or checks with a vet and texts back soon after. Fantastic system. My dog and I feel valued and well cared for

I arrived earlier than my appointment, it was a rainy day and I was not sure of the area. The sonogram was performed, Danny kept looking around with his big eyes. I was able to be with him at all times. Dr. Shemanski and the staff were very nice. And later that same day both my Vet and I received the results of the test.

We're from out of town and on one of the worst days of our lives, the caring staff at Animal Intermediate Care made our day so much better. Thank you to the front office staff member who answered our call, remembered our dog's name and so mercifully provided us a private room immediately. This woman is an angel on Earth and did all she could to put our minds at ease. The staff who provided our girl's final care were all equally sensitive to our situation and thoughtful. During the visit Dr Hall was not up to date with my dog's…read morerecent medication change. I had called the office when her medications to take before appointments were not working. The medications were then increased . When we were seen he renewed the medication at the incorrect prior dose . Obviously not reviewing telephone conversation and instructions with an increased dose Felt he did not take my pets medical concerns seriously. I will leave this practice so that my dog's symptoms are treated appropriately . He stated my dog looked good . Yes , she looked good due to the increased dosage that she was given earlier , not the lower INEFFECTIVE prior dose . He just dismissed my concerns and renewed her medication at the prior , lower ineffective dose . A waste of time and funds for this visit . I would not recommend this veterinarian as he does not listen to your concerns . Time for Dr . Hall to Retire . Support staff is kind and caring.

I'm so grateful she was the doctor I went to for the last few visits with my fur baby. 5 stars Dr Hall: I brought my other dog to check her eye because it was irritated and red. She was diagnosed at another vet for an ulcer and that left her w a scar on her cornea and I wanted Dr Hall to check if she had another ulcer. He used an otoscope to look and he told me "she's lucky her previous ulcer left her w no scarring". Which is crazy cause you can see the scarring w the naked eye. So.... Yeah I definitely didn't feel confident in his diagnosis and ended up taking her to another vet. He was nice but I think it might be time to consider retirement. 3 stars
