I brought my SUV to Angel Auto Spa after my car was scratched by a valet. I tried removing the scratches myself but they were still noticeable. Pro tip: be sure to ask about the difference between regular and STAR smog service, which is what my vehicle required from the DMV. I got the interior and exterior car detail. I had a stain that I paid extra for steam clean and it wasn't any better. The cup holder was askew as well. I visited Angels Auto Spa about a year ago, and while the wash itself seemed fine at the time, I experienced credit card theft a couple of days later. I couldn't confirm it was connected to the car wash, but I did suspect it. I went back again recently, and the same thing happened -- my credit card information was stolen just a couple of days after my visit, with over $4,700 in unauthorized charges. This time, they also scratched the tint on the inside of my passenger window, which definitely wasn't there before. I can't say with certainty that my credit card information was taken here, but having it happen twice, both times right after coming to this business, feels like too much of a coincidence. Between the timing of the credit card thefts and the damage to my window tint, I won't be returning. read more

I'm sitting here, alone, the only one getting a wash, should've been my first red flag. They washed the car by hand, which is good. WE agreed to a clay bar and hand wax, when they were done drying the car, they went straight to wax, it hasn't even dried yet, and they are already wiping it off. The owner (I assume), also persisted on cash, as if he was giving me such a good deal. I'll be willing to bet a "clay bar" and "hand wax" will be done in the next few minutes. Don't be like me and the rest of these folks, go ANYWHERE else. I find it hard to believe people would bring there Rolls Royce or Lamborghini here. Update; I was right, the Indian/Hindu guy is a complete POS. I'm very bothered by his tactics that every time I drive by, I will make sure to stop in to tell customers to watch what they are actually paying for. read more

Sonny is very pleasant and accommodating; however, if you're utilizing the full detail service. Be mindful to do a full walk around with the merchant. Take VIDEO! Walked to my car noticed 2 nice fingernail deep scratches on hood. Pointed it out to merchant as we're both walking towards the vehicle and was told "we're brushless" as he casually walks away. So they brushlessly add clay bar wax on/off your car...they also dry it brushless I guess. Not that it's a big deal, but also be mindful of the change in your console as they will advise the person who cleans the car to keep before asking your permission. read more

I will absolutely NOT be coming back to this car wash. The poor service, quality and attitude were completely unmatched, I don't know how this place has 4 stars. Even with it being a drizzly Saturday morning I desperately need the interior of my car cleaned and before they started anything I let them know that was my priority. After waiting 45 mins (which was not bad considering the poor lady who was there well before me and somehow was still waiting for her car once I got out there)...I get to my car and not only was the outside of my car cleaned poorly the inside had barely even been cleaned. Half the dash, doors, seats and cup holders had not even been touched. I asked the attendants to address the areas outside and inside and while they did make an attempt to clean it, the attitude and chatter behind my back was so disrespectful AND I still had to do some additional cleaning myself. Some of the areas of concern were less obvious but most of it was just blatant laziness. I know I wasn't paying for some top service but where you're still spending $50 for a basic car wash the value just isn't there. I seriously could have spent $15 and just drove through somewhere and honestly have gotten a better result. read more

Also, brought from Groupon, maybe that's why they don't provide the good service ? The car wash is not washed by hand. They ran it through the machine (proven by a camera in my car, pictured attached) definitely misleading from what the description said on the Groupon website. Water marks everywhere. Promised a certain time to pick up, they told me to go pick up the car in 15 mins, ended up waiting another an hour. Left the car at 1, finished almost 6pm. I could do a better job at home. Literally inside and out, your car is pampered, not scrubbed. If I were to say the only drawback is the total time spent, HOWEVER, you get what you pay for, and that means attention to detail. My car is sparkly clean and feels new thanks to Angels Auto Spa! This is not the first time I've been here, so I can say that they are very consistent and perform in a way to have customers coming back. It was $27.99 for a basic wash for my SUV. I don't know exactly what was included, but I know they hand washed/dried the exterior and vacuumed the interior (which is all I needed). The service, quality, and efficiency of this car wash is 10000% worth the price! There is no indoor waiting area so I would keep that in consideration. However there is an outdoor shaded area for people to wait - it was a nice and sunny day with a cool breeze when I went so it was perfect. I was in the area and found this car wash with decent reviews. Decided to come by and saw very few cars and thought I lucked out. Paid for No. 3 hand wash. Exterior of my car was pretty solid. Interior... not so much. They did decent on the windows but completely missed the floors. I figured maybe it was just the vacuums that sucked but when I checked out the trunk, I could tell they didn't even try. My cargo cover retracts but they didn't bother and I could see all the little bits were in the back. My car is 2 months old, it was not filthy. Just some crumbs and bits of sand here and there. I ended up vacuuming when I got home. When picking up my car, the guy asked for tips before handing me the keys. Keep in mind I prepaid and tipped on my credit card before waiting for the wash. I explained and the receipt only shows the car wash price. My credit card charge states otherwise. For me, I won't be coming back because they didn't vacuum and there's obviously a lack of communication from the person who collects the $ and the person who actually cleans the cars. read more
