Alex did such an amazing job that even my mom was amazed at how good the walls looked. Shortly after that, we had Alex come back to install outdoor security cameras, which required wiring, mounting, and installation of weatherproof boxes; he also fixed our overhead kitchen light which is a non-standard fixture. Alex is knowledgeable at just about everything in and out of a home - he talked to me about exterior siding and which lumber yard would source my particular home's wood panels, as well as sprinkler systems. Overall, we only have amazing things to say about Alex and the quality of the work he has done for us. One place quoted me almost 11 grand and wanted to replace half the roof! Another place "had minimums" and wouldn't take any jobs less than $3500.00! Derek and Danny were able to quickly diagnose the problem and were able to fix the leak for $1600.00. While they were up there they noticed I had a LOT of broken Spanish Tiles and a lot of holes in the Mortar along the Roof line. Derek used 3 buckets of Mortar and sealed every major hole In the Mortar and replaced 19 broken Spanish tiles. Spanish tile roofs are great and can last up to 100 years but only as long as there are no breaches! Every hole in the Mortar and every one of those 19 cracked tiles was a potential leak in the future. They gave me a very fair price for all the work and their bid to completely overhaul the Roof came in on par with what other companies were charging to fix the leak alone. They also do Gutters! The right way! With Solder! I really only asked to have two seams soldered but Danny went around and re-soldered every single seam that was leaking and even patched over a hole in the bottom of one of them. So that's another headache job I can cross off the list. They have many other skills as well including all types of Carpentry and I would trust them to do anything for me that needed doing. Derek and Danny strike me as very honest hard working guys who are trying to build their business by providing quality work for a fair price and by going above and beyond what is expected. As I said. We had a clogged downspout that we needed help cleaning, so we hired KST Handyman through Yelp…read more Alexei came with another person George to help out with the job. They were very nice, friendly, and professional. Their English was not that great (by their own admission) so they often used Google Translate on their phone to translate, which actually worked a lot better than I had expected. We were able to communicate with them just fine. They mentioned they were from Russia so if you can speak Russian that would be great. They wanted to connect their pressure washer to our hose to pressure wash the clogged gutters, but our hose recently broke and thus we didn't have one, so they went out to Home Depot to purchase one for the job. They also got on the roof to manually scoop out a lot of the debris in the gutters. To fix the clogged downspout they removed the gutter from the wall and emptied them and pressure sprayed the inside of the gutter to clear them out. The gutters looked pretty good after they cleaned everything out. They also readjusted the gutter to fit into the French drain better (it was misaligned from the previous job from another contractor). We would be happy to call them up again if we had any more house jobs that needed to be done!
