I've had two cars repaired here for minor dents first car is a 2021 Corolla with white paint. Damage was on the front passenger door. The repairs costs were very reasonable. The color match on the white pearl was spot on. The second car was a 2019 Sienna. Paint damage and fender liner damage to the bumper. I'm trying my best to find the words to express how HAPPY I am with the service I received from Aude and this shop in general. Aude was always very responsive, reliable, and honest. He was very transparent & broke down anything I needed to know in a way I was able to understand as well. He really advocates for his customers & would go back & forth with my insurance to make sure things were taken care of too. My car was almost totaled from a hit & run incident but when I picked it up from this shop it looked better than before the accident! Now that I'm finally driving my car again she feels amazing and runs better than ever before too & I'm not exaggerating. I've been to a few other shops for my previous car & for other family members cars & the service you get here is impeccable. I was referred by my neighbor because I needed some body work done. I drove down to this shop in Pomona and spoke to Aude the owner, he seemed nice and personable. We agreed on a price and timeline to dropped to car off. This was right before the holidays so Aude asked me to bring the car in after the holidays since some workers will be off during this time. I told him that was fine. I texted Aude on 1/3/23 asking him when would be a good time to drop off the car? He responded that he would get back to me later that night. He never did. As of this posting 1/7/23 I have yet to hear back from Aude. Ridiculous. This guy does not keep his word and would leave you high and dry. Would NEVER recommend him or refer to anyone. This place does phenomenal work!!! My car had damage on the whole right side and broken passenger mirror told them we needed it fixed by Friday which was only a couple days away, was keeping my fingers crossed that it would come out like new, when I picked up the car I was in shock that it came out perfect, paint, damage everything! I was beyond satisfied with this place and the time it was done in for it to come out looking this clean I will refer all my friends and family to this place if they ever need paint or body work done! My friend suggested this place since they gave me the best estimate price for my whole paint job on my car. Aude the owner seems like a nice guy but he does not keep his words when he promised that he would have my car painted by a certain time. I was not rushing him; just followed up with him after a week when he said my car would be ready and still nothing was done. In the meantime I was paying for car rental and weeks goes by and went on for 1 month and half still nothing was done. So again I called him to check up on my car; he just told me that he's too busy and to come by to pick up my car. Aude can really careless about customer service and his words mean nothing had my car in his shop for a month and nothing was done. So now I had to take my car to get painted at another shop and they were able to get in done in a week as promised. Don't waste your time taking your car there as his words means nothing; he will just give you the run around. Poor customer service; I own a fleet of cars but will not continue to use his shop for our paint job. read more

I went to get my cat painted here and the owner does not keep his word at all!!!! I was estimated 3 weeks time to get a paintjob which seemed like a long time but he reassured me that 3 weeks was the maximum amount of time. So i drop it off agreeing on a $1500 paintjob, expecting it to be high quality like promised. 2 & a half weeks later i pass by expecting to see my car being worked on and they hadn't even started to sand it yet. They miss the deadline they orginally gave me by 3 additional weeks, taking a month and a half!!!!! UNEXCEPTABLE!!! I pick up the car and there are some dents they didnt even take out!!!! Paint job was poor quality they didnt even sand it down to metal underneath!!!! Just applied paint on top of old paint WTH, poor quality, poor workmanship, poor customer service, poor time estimates. Terrible place to get your car worked on. Don't waist your time this shop is a joke. I feel like a fool for going here and if you go here you are a fool.
