The guys at this shop were so nice, and they got my work done within the day. I have a used 2012 Mini Cooper that began shaking and shuddering two days before a six hour road trip. The day before, I brought it in to get looked at, and the guys were really cool and weren't condescending at all. Got the inspection done super quick, quoted me a reasonable price to replace my spark plugs and coils, and I had the car by closing time the same day. Rode perfectly and haven't had problems since. This coming after I took it into a Jiffy Lube and they couldn't figure out what to do with it, and an experience over a year ago with a Pep Boys where I had parts of my engine broken, had to order my own parts, and they even messed up my gear shift so badly I got stuck in Pasadena once, so I was beyond impressed with them. I absolutely recommend coming here if you have a car that isn't easy for standard mechanic shops to work on. read more

These guys were great. Here I was, freaking out over wheel wobble. I thought it was going to be expensive took thr car in yesterday. Tim drove the car and has had a MK4 before narrowed it down to 2 things lifted the car and saw the glaring problem. Replaced the mounts that were holding the lower control arms, made recommendations to go with R32 bushings. Wow the car couldnt be more different to drive. Rodrigo ordered parts from canoga Park with next day shipping. Got everything in place and now they have a happy lifelong customer. I gotta say Tim and Rodrigo have been great, I highly recommend anyone with a German car to bring their car here. Plus they have a full synthetic oil change coupon right now for checking in. They did a couple of other cosmetic things for me as well. Tim is a vehicle mastermind, I'm convinced synthetic oil runs in their veins. Plus if youre a car guy Tim is awesome to talk to about Mods. They even install most parts you get from other places. I cant wait to upgrade my clutch and flywheel and bigger brakes for my bada** sorority girl jetta. I took my Audi A8L in for its scheduled maintenance TODAY!!! I read the reviews on Yelp and since I only live a few blocks away, I decided to call on Friday then I took the car in today. First, the prices are AWESOME!!!! Rodrigo has my car huuuuuuumming!!! I don't think it's sounded THAT good even from the dealership. My scheduled maintenance was almost HALF AS MUCH AS THE DEALER CHARGED ME!!! They told me the what part is, its function, what's going on in my car and the symptoms that may show, and sure enough, it was what I've been noticing in my Q7.. They're pretty new in the area however, not new in this trade, I'm sure it won't take too long for people to realize that there's an authentic German auto pro in town.
