My friends were helping me choose colors and styles, and after they left the store, the younger male employee working said to me, "You better tell your friends to come back in and buy something because they messed up my UPT and conversions." At first, I laughed because I genuinely thought he was joking, but he immediately responded that affecting his metrics was "not a joke." For anyone unfamiliar with retail metrics, he was referring to units per transaction and customer conversion rates. I explained that I was still planning to purchase the two pairs of pants I had in my hands, and he responded, "That's not enough to save it." At that point, I set the clothes down and left immediately. I want to make it clear that I'm not trying to negatively reflect the brand itself. In fact, I've visited this location before when two women were working -- one of whom I believe was a manager -- and the experience was excellent. Their customer service, product knowledge, and overall professionalism were exactly what I would expect from a quality retail team. I worked in retail management at a high level for five years, so I understand performance metrics and sales pressure. However, openly placing that frustration onto customers creates a very uncomfortable shopping experience and ultimately hurts both the brand image and sales team. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that the employee involved can be coached appropriately moving forward. My experience was so negative I have kept myself from going back in because I don't want to deal with that associate.

The staff was always so friendly, and I always had a great experience. I moved farther away a while ago, so I hadn't purchased from them in some time. When I recently checked out their website, I was impressed by how much they had to offer online. My order shipped quickly, the quality was exactly what I remembered, and what really stood out was their incredible customer service. I ordered a size that ended up being too small because it was the only size available online at the time. I was hoping it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. I emailed their customer service explaining the situation and noticed the larger size wasn't available online, but it was showing as available at one of their store locations. Their team went above and beyond. They were able to transfer that size so it could be purchased online, making the exchange process incredibly easy. Once I returned the original item, I received a full refund, including my shipping costs. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Stitch & Feather truly went above and beyond, and it's one of the many reasons I'll continue to support them. A1 customer service--I can't recommend them enough!

Additionally, they began to sell some exclusive collectible books for BTS at a set price - it was good for those who didn't want to deal with finding a reputable seller online that had it in hand. For the most part, the women who worked there left you alone to shop unless you had questions. They weren't rude or overly polite, but service was fair. Pricing for the clothes could be on the medium to slightly higher range. Sizing was more like Asian sizing - if you are bigger than a Western L, it's unlikely you would find something that would fit you. The shop has rebranded to another name and the cosmetics have disappeared. (I think now they're more of a sophisticated Korean women's boutique.) Parking is rarely a struggle at The Source, as the structure has multiple spaces.
