If you like chicken, this is a good place to try. You need to take care with the spicy varieties if you are not used to.

Fast forward to this time... what happened?? Last year the chicken sandwich had a thick, juicy chicken breast/patty. This time? They literally threw a chicken tender on my sandwich. And I know it was a tender because my friend ordered chicken tenders, and they looked exactly the same... except hers were BIGGER than the one on my sandwich. Be serious. The lettuce was one sad, soggy, pale little piece fighting for its life. Not crisp. Not fresh. Just... present. Like it clocked in but didn't want to be there. The Yas sauce wasn't nonexistent, but they were definitely stingy with it. I had to add ranch because it just wasn't hitting. The fries weren't even crunchy. Just cold and hard like they had beef with me personally. Not crispy. Not warm. Just... stale with attitude. The mac and cheese tasted like it came straight out of a Kraft box. No personality. No flavor. Not even vibes. The drink was also mid. It didn't save the meal. And before anyone says "maybe they were closing", we ordered at 6PM. They close at 9. Oh, and the grand finale? Food poisoning. Both of us throwing up within an hour of eating. The chicken was dry, and apparently also dangerous. Now that's talent. What happened?? The quality drop needs to be studied. Definitely not coming back.

Nothing like I've had anywhere else. I also like that they put their own little twist to a classic and make it their own. Like I said I haven't had anything that I haven't enjoyed so far. The fries are the lightly battered ones that are hands down the best kind of fries in my opinion but not easy to find in most places. The chicken pastelito has great flavor and the chicken is nice and juicy. The pastrami with egg is the way to go great flavors and the bread they use on the sandwiches are awesome. Perfect crunch bread holds up well no soggy bread here. I like how they press the sandwiches too. My personal favorite is the mount Zion. The best sandwich I've ever had hands down. This thing is massive and delicious from first bite to the last DELICIOUS. Value:5 These sandwiches are loaded and the size small is like a large from anywhere else. I'm afraid to order a large. The quality of the food is amazing and the quantity is outrageous too. Presentation:5 Sandwiches come nicely pressed with the grill marks. The meat is piping hot the cheese nice and melted. Everything just looks soooo tasty. Very nice and clean eating area. The multiple times I've been there I noticed as soon as customer leaves they wipe down the table and even the chairs. Service:5 Service is amazing they take care of you as soon as you come in the door. Get your order offer you a drink and they even bring the meal out to your table. Overall:5 This is a fine establishment it is now one of my favorite places in the area to eat at. Sandwiches are definitely a must but the rest of the menu is on my list as well. Can't wait to come back and try something new.

A friend spoke highly of one located in her home state, so my husband and I gave it a try. It was bar none a horrible experience! The food was extremely salty, so bad that you couldn't bear to eat it. We wanted to replace our meals, but when we saw how many people were in line, we decided to dump our dinner as we didn't have enough time to start all over again. We got the 3-piece chicken fingers with French fries. We hoped that the dips would help in quelling that ultra-strong saltiness, but no dice. Yuck. Luckily, we were able to tell the owner that our meals were inedible. We mentioned that his cooks need to lose ownership of the saltshaker. Enough with heavily salting people's food when people don't want it! If you're in the restaurant business, and you're the owner of the establishment, you have to taste the food leaving the kitchen and gain control of that saltshaker!! Be aware that people take medication to lower their blood pressure and have been cautioned by their doctors to lay off the salt. Please allow people to salt food to their preference. We realize this place is newly opened, and there are many things to fix. That one, though, should've been fixed during the restaurant's soft opening.

Definitely not a great vibe and I've been to the Wingstop in Saugus and that was clean and inviting. The food was very good but makes me question if it's not very clean out front during a slow time of the evening what's the back look like? What's the kitchen look like? Don't think I'll be going back to that particular Wingstop.

The place wasn't busy when we arrived so we were able to have a conversation and hear each other, but by the time we left it was packed so it did start to get a little overwhelming. The interior is simple and casual, classic fast food vibe, it's comfortable for a quick, easy meal. I love booths so I was happy they had a variety of options. My son loves their chicken, so this was a must visit for his birthday!

Recently this year I was reintroduced and my wife tried it for the first time in Vegas during our honeymoon. Since my family trips down south they have expanded much closer to Maine thankfully with this one being one of the closest. Due to needing to be nearby we decided to swing by Canes before our other stop. Ambiance and overall vibe is the typical fast food establishment you would expect. It was just as good tasting as it was in Vegas, my wife and I believe some of the best fast food chicken. The breading is so good and the chicken itself so juicy. Minimal people inside so we got our food in record time, almost no wait. My wife went with their three piece combo while I got the four piece. The only knock compared to our Vegas experience of canes were the fries could have been salted a little more here. Overall though, if you have yet to try Raising Canes then give it a try! They only do chicken tenders but they do them extremely well! Also can't forget to mention the sweet tea, that is also a favorite of my wife. While I enjoy all tea I often lean towards unsweetened but she loves the southern sweet tea. Look forward to the day Raising Canes finally reaches Maine but for the time being this spot will do for the occasional visit!

I found Anthony's Pizza Place within a few miles of my hotel and thought I would check it out. I could not find it initially on Yelp but found it elsewhere and it had better than four stars for a review average. When I got back to my hotel I discovered that in Yelp it had a different name, "Anthony's Roast Beef". Confirmed from the location and phone number. I submitted an edit in Yelp. I walked inside and found it to be pretty basic with some tables and a counter toward the rear with a menu board behind it. The menu appeared to be rather extensive but I was focused on the pizza. There was a refrigerated drink cooler to the left of the counter. No one was seated inside but I saw two delivery cars pull up while I was there. It appears they must do a lot of delivery orders. The inside felt very well lit and clean. I proceeded to the counter looking at the pizza section to the right of the menu board. The meat lovers caught my attention and I asked what is on the meat lovers. I was satisfied and asked for a large. Again, I thought I could munch on this through the week I was here. I asked the gentleman that took my order how long it would be and told him that I wanted to go to a grocery store as well. He told me and showed on his phone there was a Market Basket grocery store within a mile or so of the restaurant. He directed which way to go and I thanked him and said I would look it up on a map. He also said he would hold the order a few minutes before putting it in so I had more time. When I returned, he recognized me and had my order ready to go. He even asked me if I needed paper plates which he provided. When I got back to the hotel, I wish I had asked for some napkins. I drove back to the hotel and ate some pizza. It hit the spot and I had some leftover for a few more meals. I would recommend to others. Maybe I'll try the roast beef when I'm back in town.
