The food was good- we (there was 4 of us) had the BBQ plus the Pot which being unlimited food it's difficult so pace yourself. The meats were vast from Lamb to Rib Eye to Chicken Shrimp, Scallops and the list goes on and on. Thankfully they cut the meats extremely thin.the service today was great, very attentive and the music was a nice background loud but not loud if you get my meaning. It's worth a look!

Service was friendly and waiters are attentive. Compared to the Natick location, this one beats it by a landslide. We went during lunchtime, so we didn't have to wait over an hour to get seated like the evening/weekend times. We got both hotpot and BBQ and both were good. The BBQ was waaaaayyyty more flavorful than in Natick. Hotpot bases were alright. Sauce bar was plentiful, with some new ingredients I haven't seen before. They also have a buffet of other sides like kimchi, radish, fruit, fries and chicken nuggets. I was never a kimchi lover, and the kimchi here didn't change my opinion. The pickled radish was not sour enough, pretty plain tasting. Chicken nuggets were kind of hard. For bbq, the bulgogi had the best seasoning for me. I like that you can order the ingredients you want for both hotpot and BBQ through a tablet. The tablet also has a button for you to call your waiter if you don't see them around. The milk tea was bland. Couldn't really taste the tea. The boba was what was sweetened instead of the drink itself, and also not that chewy. Not something I would get again. Overall a good experience, but nothing mind-blowing. Thank you to our wonderful waitress Mikayla for taking care of us.

Hungry Pot in Nashua has finally opened in February 2026, which is an AYCE Korean BBQ and Hot Pot restaurant. This place, a former IHOP & Applebee's, has been sitting dark for over a year trying slowly to open with Temporarily Closed signs in the front door for a very long time. They have other locations in Natick MA and Wethersfield CT, which I've been to for dinner. I headed to Hungry Pot in Nashua for an early Sunday dinner and there was a short line waiting to get in. It's a holiday weekend, so this was expected. The posted prices in 2026 for AYCE hot pot or BBQ were $22.99 for weekday lunch and $34.99 for weekday and all day weekend dinner, add $5 if you choose to get both hot pot and BBQ. The entire table must order the same options. It took about 5 minutes to be seated once I entered the building. A server will activate an electronic tablet after choosing hot pot or/and BBQ. You order your ingredients from the electronic tablet and send the order to the kitchen, same concept used at Hungry Bowl (sister restaurants). Staff quickly brought out ingredients to my table as the burners for the BBQ and Hot Pot were heating up. There is also a self serve food & sauces bar, which has several kinds of sauces, dressings, garnishes, kimchi, fresh fruit, cookies, cream puffs, crinkle cut fries, Korean chicken wings, and crawfish. I got both hot pot and Korean BBQ (priced $36.99 plus tax) with a two hour time limit. I self entered the ingredients I wanted, which came out to my table in 5 to 10 minutes. I took my time so I could enjoy the food and not hurt for eating to quickly. I was basically doing my own table cooking on the grill and hot pot and eating as I go. I chose over 20 ingredients for my dinner. Everything I had was tasty and I cooked the food to my liking. I finished all of the ingredients, and enjoyed the octopus, beef bulgogi, chicken bulgogi, jumbo shrimp, pork belly, octopus, taro, lobster balls, shrimp dumplings, ribeye steak, short rib, spicy fish filet, green mussels, clams, spicy salmon, fresh veggies, black fungus, shiitake mushroom, enoki mushroom, white sticky rice, and udon noodles. I ordered more ingredients in smaller increments to try to keep the table clear and order just enough food. I got some fruit and a star shortbread apple filled cookie for dessert. After I was done, the check was presented which was $40.13 with tax and before tip. Overall, Hungry Pot is a good addition to the food scene in Nashua and a good place for family and large party dining and a great place for groups enjoying Korean food sort of fondue style. Entering your own ingredients into the tablet seems more efficient than having staff doing it like before a few years ago in Wethersfield.

Absolutely happy we have Korean bbq in Nashua!! It's going to be busy, it's a new restaurant yet still the hosts and servers are great. Current price was $34 for unlimited kbbq but if you you wanted to add hot pot it was an extra $5 Love the sauce bar, there isn't that many Korean side dishes, wish they had more of the authentic ones like the potato salad, or stir fried fish cake. Meal quality was pretty good, some fatty pieces but also lean. I would avoid the calamari, it's too rubbery, but absolutely order the salmon!! They play kpop music, it's not too loud and their ventilation is great because it doesn't feel Smokey

Service was outstanding. Place an order on the tablet and it's brought to your table within a minute or two. Had a nice lunch

I just wish the broths were boiling beforehand because the table heats up pretty slowly. Aside from that, they have a really nice hotpot combo for $23.50 during dinner time and you can pick one broth, one carb, one protein, and it comes with a vegetable bouquet, so I think it's pretty affordable as long as you don't order any extras. It's individual hotpot so you don't have to share pots and worry about sharing. The mala broth is superb and I think it's so flavorful because they use pho broth as the base. It does get sweeter as it boils down, but I guess I kind of prefer that over regular hotpot that gets saltier over time. They have a nice sauce bar with a good variety and even have pickled onions and jalapeños. If you're looking for a spicy and zesty sauce you can try my usual combo of: garlic, chili peppers, barbecue sauce, cilantro, scallions, red vinegar, and squeeze two slices of lime. The meat quality is not bad. They have meat combo platters as well if you want to order more meat on the side. I tried the blue jolly expecting it to taste sour like a blue jolly rancher, but it was more sweet and too strong for my liking. I tried the lychee green tea and it was not bad, a subtle taste of lychee. Aside from that the place is pretty big and they also have a separate bar room that you can eat in as well since this place was a tavern/club. Anyways I'm going again for the 3rd day in a row!

Everything for hot pot was wonderful. The night we went was a Thursday at 6pm, we were one of 4 tables there. Drinks were meh. We waited a really really long time to be greeted, choose drinks on their signature menu to make it quicker, then waited an equally long time for drinks. Then we waited well past the time we had finished our drinks to give our order. Waited for water. Never could ask for a refill of water or beverage. Our server mostly was back in the kitche Only one person there could make drinks and they also had tables they were waiting on. Despite those challenges people were very nice and kind. We'd go back to give it another try in hopes the wait wasn't quite so long and drinks weren't so blah.

We came in between lunch and dinner hours, but chose dinner because it just has more options for $39.99. By more, I mean we can order three kinds of seafood (shrimp, mussels, and calamari) and 2 more cuts of beef. They didn't have much variety on the tablet, but they did have fishballs/quail eggs/veggies/noodles at the self serve bar. Honestly it was pretty pricey for the selection, as well as the time limit they put on us despite the restaurant being pretty empty. I feel it's common for ayce places to have a time limit on eating, but there was a time limit on ordering here too. However, the moment we tasted the broth, that was worth it. I've never had such good tom yum broth at a hotpot place! It definitely elevated the rest of the experience. They also put care into making things look nice, so that's a plus. Our server were pretty clear with time limit and all that, so it wasn't a surprise. Everyone was really nice as well! Overall, a positive experience. My meal was paid for, but if I had to personally pay for this, I don't think I would come for dinner.

First, the selection at the self-serve bar has become very limited compared to before. They still have a 90-minute dining limit, which is standard, but they've now added a hidden rule that we had never been told about: you can only place orders during the first 60 minutes of the meal. What makes this worse is how they apply it. More than half of our party arrived a bit later, and the first few people who arrived were told to go ahead and start by choosing the soup bases. What they did not tell us was that this action would start the 60-minute countdown, even though not everyone had arrived and no actual eating had begun. By the time everyone was there and ready to order, most of that hour had already passed--without any warning from staff. On top of that, the portions they bring out are extremely small, and the serving speed is painfully slow. We would finish what little they brought each round and end up just sitting and waiting for the next one, which made the 60-minute ordering window feel even more restrictive and unfair. When we asked about this unclear policy, we were told to wait for the manager--who took nearly 20 minutes to come over. And when she finally arrived, she spoke to us with a condescending attitude and essentially said, "What more can you expect for $29.99?" The contempt in her tone was shocking. I'm not sure how other customers feel, but we're done with this place. We won't be coming back and we DO NOT recommend it to anyone. No restaurant should treat customers with that level of disrespect.

Actually, besides veggies, you can also get meat balls and small sausages, as well as stuff like Inoki mushrooms, "cloud ear" fungus, etc. The selection is pretty big, Then there is a sauce bar where you make your own hotpot dipping sauce. From the menu, you can order all the meats you want. They pretty much have all the items you would expect from a Chinese hotpot restaurant in the Boston or Quincy area. The meats you order come fast, and you can cook them up in your personal sized hotpot. Between the quick service for the meats and your own ability to refill with any veggies you want, you are almost always eating, and you spend almost no time waiting,. All veggies and meats were well presented, fresh, and tasty. Of interest, this restaurant uses robot waiters to help the human ones. So while you are waiting for the meats you ordered, you will often find a robot cart silently rolling up to your table. As soon as this happens, a waitress will quickly appear next to the robot and hand-carry all your plates of meats from the cart to your table.. This is super useful because sometimes the robot cart will be carrying 15-20 dishes, far more than a single waiter or waitress can carry. So this isn't just a gimmick, but a useful tool that speeds up service. I've gone to Hotpot One a total of 3 times, and my dining experience has been consistent and good. I would consider it one of the better places in the Quincy area to have a nice AYCE hotpot dinner,.
