I waited the requisite twenty minutes in line on a Thursday night at 8:30pm, ordered my usual (a small twist in a cup with sprinkles and oreos), and waited for my order. However, what came out at the window was a complete disgrace. I was handed a cup not much larger than a Dixie cup (the kind one would use for mouthwash). Upon inquiry into this discrepancy, I was told they were out of their regular cups. However, I was not charged less, I was not warned that they were out of the normal cups, and I was not offered compensation despite being given half the amount of ice cream I paid for.
