I've now hired a different plumber who identified the actual problem and will be replacing the correct section of the pipe -- the real issue -- for $6,700. I feel I was misled and pressured toward an unnecessary and extremely expensive job. I want my $2,000 back for a repair that clearly did not work and failed within weeks. Disappointed and frustrated. When your air conditioning is down, especially during the summer, you expect the company that installed your system to stand behind their work and treat customers with respect. Instead, we were met with hostility and a complete lack of professionalism. If the person representing the company--and identifying herself as the owner--treats customers this way, it says a lot about how the business operates. Hanging up on a customer is unacceptable.
