Replace the first floor baseboard with high output baseboard. Peter measured the job up and returned with Christian another day to complete the work. I admit I was impressed with the concern that was paid to how each peice was installed. A level and tape measure was used on each peice of baseboard to insure that when completed the entire run was the same height and on the same plain. Each cover was trimmed if needed so it fit together properly. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped me put my things back, which they didn't have to do. I could say I'm happy with the work they did and leave it there. The truth is I'm really impressed with the work did, it came out more beautiful than I hoped. They showed more attention to detail than they had to, and the price was very competitive. Its been 7 years and Pete is still doing really prideful work. I highly recommend you give this company a chance to work at your home or business. Im certain you're going to be impressed with the end result. Henry.

I hired Sal Manzo Plumbing to fix a leak, and they replaced a section of pipe for $2,000. Just six…read moreweeks later, the same area had another leak. I was then told by them that I needed a completely new sewer line from the house to the street -- a $10,000 job. Before moving forward, I got two second opinions from other licensed plumbers. Both confirmed there were no cracks in the sewer line, and that the recommended $10K replacement wouldn't have solved the issue. I've now hired a different plumber who identified the actual problem and will be replacing the correct section of the pipe -- the real issue -- for $6,700. I feel I was misled and pressured toward an unnecessary and extremely expensive job. I want my $2,000 back for a repair that clearly did not work and failed within weeks. Disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Unfortunately the issue I had was tricky to diagnose and over 3 days and 3 visits Sal Manzo said they would have to charge $275 additional to call Laars directly and ask them for help on diagnosis, which was declined. Like car mechanics, this field gets diagnostics wrong time to time, it happens. Trying to charge for a re-diagnostic and blaming the customer after 3 attempts is ridiculous.

A few years ago Jason at Extreme helped us out with a large job at our house. He was fixing a problem we had with other work that was done. His work was quick, perfectly done and reasonably priced. Fast forward to this past Friday. We lost power on this and our hot water didn't work when the power came back. The cold water ran fine, but no hot water although the water heater was working. I called Jason and he told me it sounded like it could be a frozen pipe. He asked me if I saw a leak and I told him I didn't. He then told me, if I wanted, to ride it out because the temperature was rising and by the morning the pipes should unfreeze on their own. The next morning, the hot water came back fine, just as he said. He could have taken the service call and charged whatever he wanted, and we would have paid to get back hot water. He was honest and once again he proved that Extreme Plumbing can be trusted. That's more important to me thank any other trait. Thank you Jason!

The company was really great, they sent me a bio and photo of the person who would be coming (which I appreciated for safety and professionalism), and the man who came was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He also had some great suggestions and input on the project and location in the house, in terms of what's best to save money and simplify all the moving parts--which I really appreciated. The driver that got ran off the road is a teenager himself and had his younger brother in the car and it could've been a very dangerous situation.
