These were a few that I remember: lamb, beef, squid, fish ball, fish tofu, quail, chicken feet, been tendon, chicken wings, Taiwanese sausage, and corn. It took awhile to get our order since there was quite a line of people ordering and waiting for their orders. It was still faster than the waits at the restaurants we had planned to go to. I loved the crunch of the chicken gizzard the most and honestly could have eaten at least five of them myself. The lamb kebab wasn't too gamey, and the cumin seasoning was perfection. Their menu allows you to order all beef, small or large. You can also order the version with veggies, which is stewed daikon radish. He quickly dips the noodles into the beef broth and serves it on the bottom of the bowl. Then he adds a handful of daikon radish with some broth.
