I just downloaded Yelp, so my review is very late, but I still wanted to share my experience at BB's in Pearland. I treated my family and my parents, who were visiting from out of town, to dinner here, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. We all ordered waters, and it took about 15 minutes just to receive them, even though the restaurant was not busy. I started with a cup of gumbo, but the flavor was very lacking. For my entrée, I ordered the pasta, which also lacked seasoning. I even asked for extra seasoning, but it still fell flat. The service was the biggest disappointment. At one point, I saw our waitress sitting at the bar eating while we were waiting to be helped. She eventually disappeared altogether and never came back to check on us, offer drink refills, bring to-go boxes, or even provide our checks. We ended up having to ask an employee who was cleaning tables to help us so we could finally finish our meal and leave. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was memorable for all the wrong reasons. Since I was treating my family--especially my parents from out of town--I was embarrassed that this was the experience they had. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because there is definitely room for improvement in both the service and the food. read more

Came in on a random Friday. Already a great start with the complimentary chips and dip. It is a 10 out of 10 for me with the full body of flavor. The service was great and vibe was cool. It's a nice place to grab drinks in the neighborhood and catch up with friends. They also have a family friendly environment as well. Paradise Playa Mojito: 10/10... Really smooth drink.. so smooth that I'm questioning if there is alcohol in it lol. Strawberry Mojito: 8/10.. it's good but too sweet for me. If you into sweet drinks, you will love it. Seafood. Oil: 5/10... comparing it crawfish cafe and crawfish cafe is better. The boil here lacks that extra pizazz. It's not a boil in the bag and the sauce is not soaked into the food. read more

Decided on this location for an early lunch. 30 minute wait, no problem. Welp, there's always a first and a last! The food took forever to come out! Even though we waited patiently, it was utterly ridiculous to say the least. An establishment must be equipped for slow days, normal days and days that may overwhelm them. That's it! Food 8/10. Service 6/10. Indoor dining, 5/10 too muggy. Patio dining 8/10 rating due to slow service. Bloody Mary 7/10 made like a Michelada without the dressing. read more

Did pickup and had the Pecan Crusted Chicken with chalmette macaroni and collard greens for lunch. Had small Shrimp gumbo for dinner. This was pretty good and portions were adequate, althoughI counted only 4 small shrimp in the gumbo. The garlic bread was a little hard and the braised beef more stringy than I liked. The food took a few minutes past the pickup time to be ready but this is fine with me if it takes more time to make it right. Service was friendly. The restaurant has an outdoor patio area that was full and inside is dark and has the feel of a bar. Will return for the crawfish which was also recommended. read more

The crawfish are amazing! The flavor to get is citrus garlic. The crawfish are huge...like baby lobsters and the spice is just right! To top it off we had the best server named Divorski. He made sure we were taken care of. He made a marvelous fruity drink for me called a Laguna Madre which tasted like a pina colada except it was blue!! When I tell you that was a delicious drink... I had to get two of them. If you visit the Pearland location make sure to ask for Divorski! Forgot to mention There was a nice cool breeze sitting on the patio. read more

I've been here 3 times, a while ago I got the mad hatter salad with fried shrimp and it was pretty good, the shrimp was cooked perfectly. I also have the boudin egg rolls, they were good & the flavor was there I just wish it was fried a little longer some parts seemed undercooked. But I just went back for some bread pudding & I haven't had this dessert many times so i'm not sure how it's supposed to taste but either way theirs was absolutely delicious!!! Had to meet my friends at BB's Pearland for their special 5 for 30 crawfish and the NBA playoffs 2 for 1. Let me start by saying it was extremely crowded but we were seated fairly quickly. Our waiter Jerry was extremely friendly and in the beginning attentive but as the night progressed he was extremely busy and others had to assist him. We waited for plastic ware and Togo containers. When it was time to leave he was the only one that can process our tickets and that also took a while. We ordered crawfish to go at least a hour before leaving and still had to wait because the kitchen was backed up. I give it a 7-10 waiting time. read more
