Salad and Go seems to be popping up all over Houston, but this league city location is perfect for me because of how close it is to work. Healthy salads/wraps, tasty, affordable, and fast service, what more could you ask for? The ambiance here is as nice as it gets for drive thrus. 2 ordering lines and a mobile order pick up window. The service was as fast as dare I say chickfila, which is impressive. The menu is relatively simple, salads, wraps, sides, breakfast options, and drinks, but what they do serve, they make well. I tried their roasted autumn salad with chicken and I added steak as well. Then I also ordered their jalapeno ranch salad with chicken and steak to bring to work for lunch. Both salads exceeded expectations! I love that the dressing is in a packet on the side and your box comes with a lid for shaking it all up. I've heard a lot of good things about this place and I've been eager to try it. It didn't disappoint. Salad and Go lived up to it's reputation. The portion is HUGE! Salad ingredients were great. The $1.50 drinks are indeed large (24 oz) and tasty! I had the lemonade and love it - not too sweet or too sour. I didn't realize it's a drive thru! I don't know if you can go inside but I can't review ambiance as I ordered and drove thru. There wasn't a line or wait. The service was super fast. Best bang for your buck place to get a salad. You can pretty much make your own, although they have premade recommendations. Quick and easy pick up, especially if you order online. It's completely drive-thru so not really any seating. Cold brew is also great and cheap. read more

Was craving a salad and didnt want to pay an arm and a leg so tried this spot. Its tiny, definitely meant for drive thru traffic. I ordered two salads and a blueberry basil tea - which was excellent! One salad was the Thai Chicken with peanut dressing. The other was the chicken Mediterranean with creamy greek dressing. Super fresh, great size and the price is reasonable! I was very pleased with everything- quality, portions, price and service. The menu is small, I will say and thus 4 not 5 stars. But what they do they do well. Im sorry to post this but do not eat here. I've been eating here since it opened and I loved it. The last time I went for breakfast but got a completely different order. I didn't complain or anything bc it was a wrap I would normally get. However today I purchased a bundle right when they opened and my order was perfect. I ordered a drink, breakfast wrap and a salad wrap. Lunch time pulls around and I take my snack wrap out of the bag and I unwrap my salad wrap and find a roach that was alive!!!! I'm so disgusted and disappointed. I searched up the roach I described and it said that they are attracted to starchy food so I'm pretty sure it was in the wrap they use. I love salad and go! This past experience was horrible. I went through the drive through and pulled up to the second ordering station. There was another gentleman that pulled up at the same time and they took his order first, no big deal. I sat and waited as another person pulled up behind him. After he completed his order, they promptly took the person behind him. I thought maybe it was broken because that's not normal. I pulled around and nicely asked if the second stall was not working and the lady at the window snapped at me and said "no, we were taking an order" I replied, I understand but I sat through 2 people already so I pulled around to be sure i didn't sit here waiting. She said "sorry but you have to pull back around if you want to order" That is horrible customer service. She could have easily just taken my order but instead was on some power trip to make me pull back around. I work in customer service so I try extra hard to be nice because I know what it's like. I had heard about this place on Tiktok and was waiting for it to come to Houston so I came to the League city location . The salads are great and fresh and very cheap . The minestrone soup was also great and so tasty ! The drinks are crazy cheap and also super tasty it reminds me of my mom's cucumber lemonade which i love . I heard they were doing a promotion one day where they gave you a free salad and drink...so of course I wasn't going to pass that up. Well, they won because now I'm hooked. Big time. My boyfriend really likes the salads a lot too. I've bought probably 20+ salads over the last three weeks. I stop by before I go to work so I have a lunch. I'll also buy some for the next day (they hold well for days after even). I've been telling all my friends and everyone at work. Two coworkers have tried it since I told them about it and they both said they really enjoyed it. In the few times I've been here the staff has always been so kind and thorough with their service. I'm so happy there's finally a fast food spot in this area that serves fresh healthy food without draining your pockets. I love that they have tofu as a protein option since I am a pescatarian who eats mostly vegetarian food, and I actually really like the texture of the tofu here. Salads and wraps are quite filling and tasty and also a bit more creative than other fast food salad options. This is my new go to spot for sure. I had never been to Salad and Go before so I thought I'd eat there for a change. I ordered the Greek wrap and the mango tea. The wrap was huge and very good but the tea was like drinking water. There was no flavor to it. I went back through the drive thru and requested a plain iced tea. No problem. The tea had barely any flavor either. Next time I'll just order water. People were super nice and very attentive.. My first experience was ordering Breakfast Burritos for my work team... the Burritos are very large in size.. well worth the price paid.. Traditional Burrito is Egg, Bacon, Potatoes and Jack Cheese.. I would have preferred a non jack option but did not see one unless I missed it... I should have tried one first before buying for others. They are way too spicy in my opinion for first thing in the morning and did not resemble a typical "BREAKFAST" burrito unless you love super spicy food... and that was without adding any of the salsa or verde sauce they provided on the side.. Bacon was super tough and hard to chew and at first I thought it was something other than Bacon. It was cubed very thick bacon..not crunchy.. Potatoes were super peppery and added to the already powerful spice taste.. All that said, some people will love it and others will hate it. I could not add anything else to it to it or it would have been more spicy.. Many of my employees I treated would not eat it bc people were saying it was way too spicy and of course I agreed.. Maybe something to continue for your customers... but you may want to consider a toned down breakfast burrito that others could just add salsa to..being honest, not sure I would buy that again but will def still try the salads... just my honest feedback..
