BAIT and SWITCH .... The employee (G...) the counter quoted a price of $360 and I scheduled the service 10 days out because they were busy. I called 3 days ahead of my scheduled 8 AM service appointment to confirm the items to be replaced and additional service (flush and fill anti freeze) to be done on on my vehicle. This time I talked to different employee (F....) and he wanted to make sure the quote was correct ... he did a review of the previous quote and found it to be correct in the amount of $360. On the day of actual service the manager (3rd) employee quoted me a price well over $600 ! Needless to say I was shocked and canceled the service. That's the old "BAIT and SWITCH " routine. Get you to agree to 1 price (bait) and then change (switch) to a 2nd much higher price hoping you'll agree. How would you rate this ?

The previous (won't mention) auto repair center wanted to replace the catalytic converter and quoted almost two weeks to do the job.
