I then spent five minutes at the front desk while two guys were in the back office socializing away just to get my keys back so I could leave. Apparently there is no point to making an appt. They were NOT busy. Two cars in stalls when I arrived. Counted 10 staff between front lobby and in stalls. Staff didnt care and lots of standing around socializing in stalls And on their phones. Front desk left unattended quite often. If you are the business owner of this site and tead this there is no way you are making money. The maitenance services that make the real money for you are being ignored. Staff costs compared to work being done there is no way a profit is being made.

Then when trying to clarify that pulling out a quarter of a mile in front of someone in a 45 mile per hour zone is plenty of distance, the gentleman disagreed. Then when told the driver passed in a no passing zone did not offer any reassurance that this negligent driver would be addressed. If your drivers in your vehicles plastered with your company name are allowed to drive like this and you back them up, you are not going to gain business with that representation.

On the day of actual service the manager (3rd) employee quoted me a price well over $600 ! Needless to say I was shocked and canceled the service. That's the old "BAIT and SWITCH " routine.
