After I said I was looking for a specific bike, he pointed to them and said, "they're over there." Then he sat at his desk and ignored me for about 20 minutes. I eventually asked him if we could talk about the bike I was looking for, and he said, "What do you want to talk about?" He seemed totally disinterested in the entire interaction. The lights in the dealership make it look old-fashioned, which makes sense given the fact that they have an incredible number of very old bikes, however, they make the new bikes in the showroom look grungy. The dealer looked dirty, as well, and very cramped. Overall, I would recommend finding a different dealer to offer your business to.

It was a nice buying experience…read more- insanely knowledgeable and personable staff took us n00bs and brought us up to speed and helped us pick the best ride for us. Seth took my wife and I over to a big parking lot to get the basics and learn how to ride the thing before setting us free into the wilds of Cincinnati where people do whatever they want on the road. (We also took the the state's motorcycle class later on, which was actually really fun and well done.) They've always been good on support for me as well. Blew my rear tire while out riding once and they came and picked it up, filled my tire and got me back on the road. Any time I change tires (Intentionally) I have them mount it to the wheel for me for a small charge - usually same day, which is hella-easier than trying to wrestle it on myself. As far as some of the mediocre reviews I've seen on here... I would counter that it's a small, family-owned business. On this scale, you can't be all things to all people or service any random knock-off scooter who's parts are near impossible to find. There's a reason they're dirt cheap. This is still a fairly niche market and it's difficult enough getting support and parts for the brand-name stuff. I've had to turn to Metro a few times when my extensive internetting yielded nothing and they've always been helpful. I can tell you that what they do, they do well and everyone there has been great to us.

But when the serviceman and I saw that the kart I had selected was not the right fit for my needs, HH allowed him to return it 160 miles back to the store, and return the next morning with a loaner of the correct type for my family to use, while a reorder is made for me. Serviceman Dan was helpful and friendly and excellent teaching the kids. Owner Andrea anticipated my needs sold me a custom kart care package and the perfect helmets. Scheduled appointment and it was not quick. The attitude was " it sucks to be you" Bought a new car recently and it was an ok experience, if I had it to do over again I would go to Ohio. Everyone ( except the salesperson) could use some customer service training, particularly the finance associate. They could learn something by going to other local dealers and sitting and observing. Finally a place where you will find a quality and stylish gear and clothing. They carry Bell helmets, which makes the ONLY store in the area that has them in stock and you can actually try the sizes on!! The store itself is beautiful and I already purchased some cool posters.
