He also made the bike for somebody who works for my HD dealer. When we met, Dale had already a very good understanding about what I was looking for. He makes a very professional and experienced impression. He mentioned, that he works together with two different artists who are making the artwork. Especially for my "Flame-Job" he chose to work with the artist "Dauber" who is known for his artwork on Hot rods. All in all Dale is a very good contact for all kind of different paint jobs. Working with him was very pleasant and on a very professional level. The pricing on my paint job was awesome. The timeframe in which he painted the parts was even faster than he committed to. The result was outstanding and I got a lot of compliments for this paint-job. I'm extremely happy and I can recommend "Ride Renovation" to anyone.

He wasn't all, pushy or sneaky salesmen vibe. He's down to earth snd you can just talk shop. If you're interested, cool... he'll make an offer for ya. He even offered a discount because I'm retired Air Force, so veteran friendly small business is always a plus to me. Bike looks amazing and I plan on bringing my other bike over for some new tires.

I brought my bike here for a chain, sprockets, and rear tire install. They gave me a good price and…read moreI initially felt confident in their work. After picking the bike up and paying, I stopped at a gas station and found both rear chain-adjuster bolts completely backed out, and the chain had become much looser. There was also no cotter pin installed on the rear axel nut. I immediately brought it back and they corrected it, but the chain was then adjusted much tighter than it had been when I originally checked the chain tension, which I found concerning and questioned at the time. People make mistakes, but I consider this a serious safety concern, especially in professional motorcycle work. And the owner's response over the phone was described as an "inconvenience" rather than a safety issue and offered a 50% refund. Had I not noticed the loose adjusters before getting on the highway, things could have gone very differently. They seem like good people with no bad intentions, but unfortunately this experience left me without enough confidence to bring another bike here.

Worst bike shop I have ever been to , these Jokers we're supposed to put a stop for the kickstand ,…read morethey took a little Aluminum stock , and put a screw to hold it on, I picked it up in in the dark , my mistake for that , I rode it home , on the way home with a little 90° piece of aluminum it had loosened up , and was bouncing around , and cut a Groove in the new belt , that I didn't see till I got home , by then it was too late , I asked him to clean up the wiring , you know consolidate the wiring tape it up , hide it out of the way , all they did was take their fingers and push the wiring up under the seat and gas tank , that's all no wire ties no taping them , down the bottom of the bike they ran the wire around the loop that you put the wire through , so it was hanging , and they put a clutch in , the total was 800 bucks , when they told me it was 700 bucks , my buddy took his bike to be worked on , they were doing some unrelated work on the saddlebags and stuff, and basically stole his rear shocks , very expensive ones , and replaced them with cheap stock shocks , this I can't verify , but he has no reason to lie , absolutely the shattiest work I've ever seen done on a motorcycle I wouldn't take my bike there again, if it broke down in front of the fucking place .

The line went to the door! People really like this place and the staff really seem to enjoy working here and discussing coffee / teas with curious people. We settled on a chai tea with vanilla and a banana foster iced latte. Both were excellent although you should stir your iced drink a bit after getting it. The flavors tend to settle at the bottom of the cup. Looking forward to trying the pastries next time I visit Velocity Bike & Bean!

I didn't want to dock stars because of that, though. Everyone was working hard and efficiently, and the coffee, which is the whole reason I came, was fantastic.

My experience with the Dyno Tuning I had done at BD Motosports, Walton KY on My 2022 KTM 890 was…read moretotally AWSOME! The improvement in Drivability was improved drastically to the point of perfection . The power is now completely linear and dramatically increased throughout the range. Recently on a 430 mile ride, the freeway travel consisting of 120 miles at 75mph the 890 achieved 58MPG! The other 310 miles driving very easy like a tourist on up down twisty Kentucky back roads with continuous shifting between 2nd and 5th gears netted an outstanding 68mpg. Bill was my tech and the sole tuner at the location strove for perfection and spent many hours doing research and testing to achieve optimum performance of the LC8 engine on 3 different occasions until he and I were completely satisfied with the results of the tune. So now he has the 890 figured out completely and it will take a single visit to Transform your 890 KTM from good to really great.
