These guys do great work and provide a level of customer service not found at many businesses anymore. Long story short, the muffler that I chose was way to loud in the cab of my truck. I called Brian and he had me bring the truck back. I waited 5 minutes and he had my truck back up on the rack. They put another muffler on and I was on my way. I had BDM put a exhaust on my maxima and when I told brian the tone I was looking for he new exactly what I needed and wanted. Pricing was great and an hour later my car was sounding perfect! I took my Xterra to him for the catalytic convertors and the dealership was wanting an obnoxious price for 2 cats, Brian and the guys fixed all 4 cats for half the cost, and the customer service after and during was awesome. Are all of these 5-star reviews fake? They have to be. These guys have had my boyfriend's car for a week now... they refuse to pick up the phone and give him any information on what's wrong, how much it will cost to fix it, and when he can pick it up. We have been calling and calling and calling for 3 days now - there is no answer and no way to leave a message for a callback. Don't go here unless you'd like to be without your car (for a minor repair) for more than a week and love listening to the sound of a telephone ringing incessantly. read more

Brian and his staff knocked it out of the park when they did a custom cat-back exhaust on my 05 VW Passat 1.8T 4Motion. They can do anything from mild to wild. They were much cheaper than bolt-on setups I priced online. Courtesy shuttle was just icing on the cake. Go BDM or go home! read more

Just got a muffler put on my Integra and I couldn't be happier with my experience at BDM exhaust. Brain is an awesome guy and all of his staff are super friendly and helpful. From the time I drove my car in there to the time I drove it off I think the whole thing took like 30 minutes and there where 2 cars on lifts in front of me when I arrived. I have literally had haircuts take longer! Best part was the price though. Not only did they do the job at lightspeed but they did it for 1/5 of the price I was quoted at another shop. I'll start off by giving BDM a five star rating for the quality of actual work performed, but an overall rating of two stars because the amount of time it took to do the work and fee charged. When I first contacted the owner, he told me if I dropped off the item in the morning, it would be ready in a couple of hours. Following his instructions, I dropped off the item first thing on a Monday morning expecting it would be finished later in the day. That wouldn't be the case. After three visits throughout the week to check on the work, on Friday morning I finally told the fella working out in the garage I wanted my item back so I could go elsewhere. Having heard this, he said to come back in a couple of hours. When I came back, the repair had been made, but I was irritated that he charged me $200. I paid without hesitation just because I wanted to get my item back and get out of the place. The amount charged was insanely high compared to the material and time required. I do not recommend this business; there are better shops out there. read more

I brought my 1989 Isuzu pu I inherited from my grandpa over to these guys, I dropped it off the day before thanksgiving they called me the day after saying it was all done. They did a beautiful job reusing my old converter and repiped the whole thing so it looks like new now. Not only did they do a great job fast they did it for half the price other shops were charging! I'm writing this review on my wife's account but. I feel I had to share my experience for this place. I brought my 2011 mustang to BDM for custom exhaust work but I wasn't quite sure what setup I wanted to run. It was a Saturday morning the place was packed full of cars and I met with Brian the owner. He took 20 minutes out of his busy morning to sit and go over what the different options were. As busy as they were he didn't make me feel rushed. He asked me questions regarding what kind of performance and sound I want to get out of my exhaust system and my budget. I explained what I was looking to do and immediately he had a setup in mind that was within my budget. The guy is a exhaust genius and all of his mechanics clearly are very competent. Saturday morning as busy as they were he took my car in with a smile, let me use one of their vans to let me run errands. WOW! these guy at BDM are outstanding! Great customer service! I had my catalytic converter back with muffler replaced . They had it done fast for me. And very accommodating. Not only did it fix my bad cat issue. The pipes were placed strategically for my off road rock crawler so I have less of a chance to damage the exhaust when wheeling. This was my first experience with any exhaust shop period. Bought a Legacy gt a couple months ago and it already had a 3" catback exhaust. It had a magnaflow muffler. I had them delete the muffler and pipe it straight back with a tip. All in all it took about 15 minutes to do the job once they threw it on the lift. Sounds great. Awesome dudes. My husband and I were looking to buy a Jeep, had a feeling the dealership was not being honest about some problems. Ran over to a auto place in Golden, for it to be checked out. The guy there said he could look at it in a couple of weeks. Brian was standing at the counter, said he could check it out for us, no problem. I can't say enough positive things about BDM. Brian and his crew did an amazing job on a custom exhaust setup on my 1955 Chevy hot rod. While doing it right, they were also able to get it done quickly and for a reasonable cost. I just had my GMC done today. I just wanted to say what a great job they did. Hot Rod guys are hard to please because we think we know everything. The bends the welds the hangers are all top notch. The shop guys couldn't have been nicer and the cared about what they were working on. It was worth the wait to get it right. And the price is really competitive. The job on the hard stuff was perfectly done. The daily driver has to be a walk in the park for these guys. Only took 20 years to find them, but I will never go anywhere else again. This place is great! I put a bolt on magna flow exhaust on my jeep and it sounded like crap. I brought it to BDM and they put on a different muffler and welded the clamps so I wouldn't have any exhaust leaks. They did a great job highly recommend this shop. read more

Stopped in to get new pipes and mufflers from the headers back. Specified to the shop tech what i wanted, had to semi argue with him to check clearance and agree to run the pipes to my requested location. I specified pipe diameter and muffler type. When i picked up the vehicle they put on different mufflers than specified and proceeded to tell me, "those are what i really want". At the end of the day I'm out the money on the purchased mufflers and must redo the exhaust from the mufflers back because they choose to not listen to their customers and i am not happy with what they installed. read more

Brian and his crew made my 2010 v6 sound awesome, this is my second Mustang that BDM has done for me the first being a 2006 which also sounded great but nothing beats this one. BDM put true duel "X" pipes, magnaflow mufflers, and magnaflow exhaust tips on, so now my car doesn't only sound great but looks great as well. Made a Yelp just to write a review for this shop. I recently had them put a semi-custom dual exhaust on my 2010 Chevy Malibu LT. I was a little hesitant on leaving my car cause I was only able to pay over the phone (I work 40 mins from BDM and they would be closed by the time I picked up the car) God am I glad I left it. I explained what I wanted to Brain in a matter of 2-4 sentences. The system was EXACTALLY what I was looking for and sounds completely phenomenal. Had some drone on my vehicle, they recommended installing another resonator, but it made no change in sound. It felt like all they wanted to do was install it, get the money and get me out of there. They didn't seem to care about any effects in performance it would have. read more

Brian went above and beyond to help me out. I have a new '14 Ram pickup and I wanted to get a performance muffler on it - Brian installed one in well under an hour for a great price (over $100 less than other places around). The exhaust sounded great - but was actually too loud. I let Brian know - he had me come in the next day and his crew replaced the one I had just got for one that was quieter in about 20 minutes. Excellent service. BDM came recommended to me via a mutual friend who has known Brian for 20+ years - and now that I have dealt with BDM - I cannot say enough good things.
